About this property

Beautiful chalet medium mountain view magnificent, calm, Savoie, Bauges

We rent our second home in the mountains, located in the village of Arith, in the Bauges mountains, 700 m above sea level, 40 minutes from Chambéry, 30 minutes from Lake Aix-les-Bains and 30 minutes Lake Annecy.

Geneva (Switzerland) is 1 hour drive, Chamonix (Haute-Savoie) at 1:30.

Our chalet is located on a plot of 1000 m2 with stunning views of the most famous peaks of the Bauges, Trélod, Arcalod, Pécloz, where you can make beautiful hikes in the summer.

For winter, the Aillons and Margériaz alpine ski resorts are a 20-minute drive from our chalet, and the cross-country ski resorts, St-François de Salles, La Féclaz and Revard are 20 and 30 minutes away.

This cottage being our second home, you will find traces of our family life, namely books, toys, our Savoyard cookbook.

Ce chalet correspond parfaitement à sa description, nous y avons séjourné 2 nuits en famille, pour l'anniversaire de mes grands-parents, c'était parfait. Une vue superbe

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Arith. Le chalet est très confortable, on sent que s'est une maison de vacances chérie, ce qui fait que l'on s'y sent comme chez soi. La vue est absolument exceptionnelle, on ne s'en lasse pas. La région regorge de balades sublimes, et nous avons adoré ces petits villages avec tous ces petits magasins de producteurs et d'artisans locaux. Nous étions venus en découverte de la région et c'est avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrons, et plus particulièrement dans le chalet de Béatrice et Pierre. Nous disons un grand merci également à Ingrid pour son accueil et sa communication au cours de notre séjour sur les bons plans du moment.

Super séjour entre amies !

Nous avons passé un super weekend entre amies dans ce beau chalet dans un cadre magnifique ! Les propriétaires du logement ainsi que la personne qui nous a remis les clés sont adorables et disponibles. Le chalet était parfaitement équipé, la vue magnifique, son emplacement idéal pour aller faire du canikart ou encore se balader (à la cascade de Pissieu par exemple) et proche d'Aix les bains. Nous recommandons à 200% et reviendrons c'est certain ! Merci à vous

Séjour en famille à la montagne l'hiver

Logement très bien organisé avec 2 espaces chambres / salles de bain distincts : 1 à l'étage et 1 au RDC. Très bien équipé avec en plus des jeux pour les enfants et les adultes à disposition. Ingrid est aux petits soins pour nous conseiller sur les activités à faire à proximité et en cas de besoin sur le logement ou autres. Une vue splendide de la maison et du jardin. Très bien situé pour rayonner aux alentours : station ski alpin Semnoz, AiIllon ou fond Saint François. Nous avons en plus eu la chance de bénéficier d'une semaine sous un grand soleil et avons beaucoup apprécié le pain de la boulangerie d'Arith lors de nos pique-nique. Un plus également pour les enfants en bas âge la proximité de la maison médicale à Lescheraines ! Je recommande et le logement et la région !
