Brand-new on the rental market, this condo is well-appointed with all the comforts of home with a California King size Sleep-Number bed in the Master Bedroom with beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset, a brand new queen-size bed with a pillowtop mattress in the second bedroom, 50 inch 4K Smart TVs in the bedrooms, 55 inch 4K Smart TV with Surround Sound in the Family Room, Free 50 mbs wireless Internet provided with ORBI satellites in each bedroom to provide great Internet connection speeds wherever you are in the condo! This condo sleeps six, with two bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the family room. Beautiful condo, great views of the lake, convenient to shopping, sightseeing, restaurants. Condo has very comfortable furniture and beds. Host very prompt with the one problem we had, nothing that anyone could have foreseen and taken care of before hand. Fireworks were very pretty from our balcony and the dining room windows. Would definitely stay here again. Great place for our 50th wedding anniversary.

Everything you need for a 3 week stay is at your convenience. Furniture very comfortable. Even a crockpot.The owner was very responsive to concerns that come up. Communication was excellent. Very comfortable condo, very homey atmosphere. The views are great. Enjoyed the sauna. Snacks, popcorn, coffee and water provided by hosts is a very nice touch. Can't go wrong with is condo

The condo was well situated to enjoy watching the boats and sunrises and sunsets. It was just a short drive into Hot Springs so served our purpose well. We were very comfortable all weekend because the owner took such care in setting up the condo. Will recommend!

This condo is wonderful and just as pictured. Clean, well appointed, plenty of kitchen utensils and cookware. The view was great and the pool very private and nice. Lake Hamilton Condo

This is without a doubt the Cleanest, most well stocked condo we have ever stayed in. The hosts were quick to answer any questions we had. Had the pool all to outselves almost everytime we used it. 15 minutes from Downtown Hot Springs.Would definately stay again.

60th Anniversary

My 80 year old parents loved their time in this beautiful condo. My husband and I brought them to celebrate their 60th anniversary and it was wonderful. The view was phenomenal and the host was very nice!
