Beautiful home in Sjølund with sauna

Cozy cottage on the beach in Grønningehoved. Here you live in a great house that is decorated in a maritime style. The kitchen-living room has an open roof ridge and the large windows allow a fantastic light incidence and a wonderful view of the sea.

There are three bedrooms and an alcove in the living room, which is suitable for extra sleeping.

There is a nice bathroom with spa and sauna and a separate guest toilet.

Around the house there are several terraces and in the garden the well-kept lawn offers plenty of space to play.

The area on the mild east coast of Denmark offers a fantastically varied nature.

Everywhere you look, the fjord, forests and beaches are close by, making active leisure activities possible. Only a few kilometers from Haderlev's city center lies "Dyrehaven", a park with lots of forest, meadows and lawns and an incredibly rich animal life.

A boat trip on Haderslev Fjord lets you experience the 12 km long, narrow fjord from a new perspective. It is a fascinating interplay of water and land, fauna and flora.

Modernes, helles und sauberes Haus.

Modernes, helles und sauberes Haus. Angenehme Zimmeraufteilung mit einer Nische zum Schlafen im Wohnzimmer. Mit Blick auf den Lille Bælt. Großer Garten mit Schaukel, Rutsche und Sandkiste. Jetzt im Winter ist der Ort sehr ruhig, der Weg zum Strand dauert etwa 5 - 10 Min. Meinen Sommerurlaub würde ich hier aber nicht verbringen wollen, ein Haus neben dem anderen (und davon viele), keine Bäume auf den Grundstücken. Und der Strand ist sehr schmal.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus, gerade für Kinder.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus, gerade für Kinder.Es sind einige Spielsachen für Innen und Außen Vorhanden.Bei der Ausstattung fehlt es auch an nichts. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und das Meer in Sichtweite. Die Terrasse und Gartenmöbel sind super!Ein kleinen Minuspunkt gibt es beim Bad. Das könnte eine Erneuerung gebrauchen. Aber alles in allem, hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus.
