What's nearby:
This location can't get much better if you are after full days of outdoorsy fun, as you will be less than a mile from the heart of Brian Head, and Brian Head Resort is just across the street. Brian Head Resort is Utah’s best kept secret-pure and simple, keeping winter sports fun and affordable with the lowest lift ticket prices for a full-service ski resort in Utah. There are virtually no lift lines so you can actually enjoy your time on the slopes. Brian Head has two mountains with eight chairlifts and terrain to fit almost any skier or boarder. Navajo Mountain is completely dedicated to beginners, with a ski school, beginner terrain park, and daycare. Winter months will obviously be spent skiing and snowboarding, yet warmer times of the year make ziplining, mini-golf, hiking, and mountain biking great ways to soak up some sunshine. Plus, Cedar Breaks National Park is also nearby that is home to a half-mile deep gorge and a display of Utah's famous red rock formations.

No hot water!!!
The property is beautiful, but the instant hot water system does not work properly. We were there for 4 days and had hot water for one and a half of those days, we were here on a ski trip and it was below freezing and a hot shower would’ve been nice. This was absolutely unacceptable and VACASA and VRBO would not give me any kind of a refund except for a cleaning refund, but I put a cleaning deposit down when I booked and they just gave it back so I really didn’t get any kind of a refund. When we arrived, there was no hot water no Internet, the Internet was fixed the very next day. There were trash bags in the garage probably six or seven of them when we arrived. We contacted Vacasa multiple times, I basically called 2 to 3 times a day for our entire trip saying that it was an emergency to get the hot water fixed, and it was an absolute joke, VACASA said they would call me back within an hour, never received any phone calls back from them at all, they finally sent out a tech who was not a plumber and had no authority to call a plumber. I wish I could’ve contacted the owner. We probably could’ve had this fixed quickly. The tech actually mentioned that the hot water system does not work properly over 2000 feet elevation. The property sits at 9600 feet elevation. The owners need to do something about this ASAP. If the place had hot water, I would definitely stay there again, but without hot water I will never book this place again.

Crooked River
It’s a beautiful place in a great location. Cross Country skiing and snow shoeing are just steps away. We had the entire unit, so it worked out great. We fixed an early Thanksgiving dinner and the kitchen is well equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful, Gorgeous, Restful, Surrounded by Natural Beauty
Fully furnished in contemporary style including hot tub, grill, propane fireplace for roasting marshmallows. Incredible views. Sweet smell of pines. Deer walked right into the garage. Hiking, biking, spelunking, and ATVing. Great summer holiday!

Great location, beautiful home….but a couple issues
This home is beautiful and the location is perfect! We did encounter a few issues and attempts to resolve them were quite unsatisfactory. A hot tub was one of the items which was a “must have” for our stay. We inquired several times before arrival if it would be in working order and were guaranteed that it would. However when we arrived it was a solid block of ice when the cover was removed. In addition, the garage door was obviously broken upon our arrival. Both of these issues were brought to the attention of the management and even though we were told they would be taken care of, no one even contacted us further during our stay. We did reach out to the management several times during our stay and after being put on hold forever, no resolution was ever made. A few other minor details that would make this home perfect (in addition to a working hot tub and garage that actually can open and close) would be directions on working the thermostats and more dishes including smaller plates and containers for storage. Nevertheless it is a beautiful home in a fabulous location.
