*Duke has lowered the Lake for construction at the Wateree Hydro Station. The marina is not renting boats at this time and boats cannot be pulled up to our dock.
This home is located in the desirable area of Beaver Creek. Just a quick walk to restaurants/bars such as the Beaver's Den and the Riverdeck.
