About this property

Comfortable 120 yr old Farm House, Fun and Inviting

The house is 1800 sq ft. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 and a half baths. Only one bath has a shower, it is in the master bedroom. The other bathrooms have a claw foot tub and Jacuzzi tub. The house is fun and features historic pictures of the home and surrounding area. Its an economical place as It is a work in progress. There is a dining nook 2 living rooms and 3 bedrooms. The front porch is large with a breakfast table and rocking chairs. The decor is fun, including historical maps and books to read.
There are stairs at both entrances and stairs to the 2 second floor bedrooms. The yard is large and quiet. We have 2 window units downstairs and central air upstairs. There are some imperfections to the home as we are still a work in progress but it is clean and comfortable and a very enjoyable place to stay with a lovely front porch and lots of birds on the 1 acre lot.
Note: There is no washer and dryer at this time. I do provide detergent pods and dryer sheets as well as a laundry basket next to directions to the laundry mat. It is only a mile away, so very convenient.
The home is 22.4 miles from Gulf Shores beaches. convenient to many local attractions. OWA 12.2 miles away. 28.2 miles from downtown Mobile Alabama. Canoe camping trips. alabamaforeverwild Mobile-Tensaw Delta. Canoe rental at Styx River. Alligator Alley is close to the home and Mama Lou's Restaurant (lunch only).

Perfect Vacation

This home is amazing. Everything we needed was available. The owner is great to respond quickly and make sure your stay is pleasant and comfortable. We had a great time and the home is beautiful. Best vacation we have had in years. Plenty of room and the Robertsdale community is great. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Historic Home

The owner has turned this home into a beautiful gem. Sits minutes down the road from walmart for all your needs. Home is huge with two living rooms, laundry area, and full kitchen. Large front porch to sit out on all night. Roughly 20 minutes from the beaches and such a calm area. I love this place and would 100% recommend to anyone looking to unwind!
