Welcome to 316 Claressa Ave - Avalon Home!

Newly updated and spacious 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms Avalon vacation home located just two blocks from Front Street, where you’ll find all restaurants, nightlife shops, casino, beach and more. Enjoy all the amenities you need to relax at your home away from home, including a fully stocked kitchen, large open floor living area with a sofa sleeper downstairs. This recently updated property features, sleek floors, ceiling fans and TVs in all rooms, modern amenities and lots of lights throughout the house for spending time with family or friends.

THE HOUSE
The large living area offers a bright and open layout with plenty of seating for family time and relaxing. Cook at home with the home's fully equipped kitchen, new counters, a 4-burner gas stove and all the cooking essentials. Enjoy your meals at the 8-person dining table when you don't feel like eating out!

There are two Jack and Jill (1.5 bathrooms) in each floor. The downstairs bedroom offer a king size bed and upstairs there are three bedrooms with 1 queen size bed, 1 full and 1 bunkbed.

QUIET HOURS: 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. (use of outdoor areas strictly prohibited).

Had a great time at this location. Water takes awhile to warm up but very close to everything and it met all our needs for the weekend.

We had a great time here! The house was great and super walkable. Tiny constructive criticisms include pilled sheets (they were clean, just a little scratchy from multiple washes and should be replaced), a gritty floor when we arrived (we felt like it needed a sweep), and the “room” with the bunk beds didn’t have a door (was still great, just not specified on the listing). But overall this was a great property and we would definitely book again!

Perfect for our family

This house had the perfect setup for our family. Grandma and Grandpa in the downstairs room and my daughter’s family of 6 in the upstairs bedrooms. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a great time! It’s close to town and an easy walk to everything. I would stay here again!

Great Property

This is a great property and just like the pictures. Located up the street in Avalon it is a convenient walk anywhere you would want to go. We only experienced one issue, the heating system is inadequate for the house. Our first night the main room and the entire house was extremely cold. I found one small space heater and that worked for our bedroom but not the house. At this point I probably should have called the rental office but I knew it was closed. I called the next day and informed them of the issue. They brought another small space heater. It helped but I think they need to add one more. The property manger was responsive once we contacted them. They'll probably need some fans in the summer too. It is an easy issue to correct. The property is great and can accommodate large groups, so don't be dissuaded.

Childhood relived

We returned to Avalon where many a childhood summer was spent. Did many of the favorites of swimming, taking the glass bottom boat and flying fish tours, miniature golf and a tour of the casino. Walked every where (didn’t need a golf cart) the house was 3 blocks from the beach. We enjoyed a week of sightseeing and stories from childhood
