This property was perfect for our family of three for a weekend in Avalon! Its in a nice quiet area, but an easy walk to the boardwalk. Everything in the house was as described, worked well and clean. The host was very good at communicating and sent us a ton of info. It was also quite warm the weekend we visited, so it was great to have AC, some of our family ended up in a vacation rental without it so we were very grateful Highly recommended.

The property was comfortable for 4 adults. The couple staying on the 2nd floor will have to shower downstairs but there is a half bath in the bedroom too so wasn’t a big deal. Walkable to restaurants and downtown but is a hike to Casino and beach club…maybe 20 minutes. There are taxis if not up for walking. They provided the basics. It was comfortable and clean.

Great stay in Avalon

Loved the property and would definitely stay there again. Easy walk downtown to all the food/shopping but far enough away not to be surrounded by crowds.

Great location with three different living quarters with plenty of space, tucked away from the busy streets and walking distance to everything. They even have a putting green in the front yard which was fun to use. Will definitely come back and stay here!

Very comfortable rooms. The mini splits work very well. Easy to get to the harbor while being protected from the hustle and bustle at the harbor.

Thank you, Randy, for sharing your lovely home with us. Everything was great! The beds were comfy, the dining area was roomy, and the bathrooms were clean. We especially enjoyed the front patio, where we could sit in comfort and peace, with a view of the mountain and some deer. It was lovely!
