No residence in Avalon can rival this lovely property that affords 180 degree panorama views of the harbor and canyons from almost every room, yet is only a minute’s walk to the water’s edge. Maintaining the privacy of a Tuscany hilltop home, each bedroom is tastefully appointed and newly furnished. One bedroom, which opens onto a separate balcony, has a king bed and an accompanying bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and single bed with an adjoining bathroom. There is a large kitchen with an ample island for eating and visiting and sliding doors that open onto a lovely deck. There are 2 living rooms, one with a new queen size pullout sofa. This home has 2 large decks with comfortable patio furniture on each with areas for relaxing, barbecuing, and eating while enjoying the spectacular views. New gas appliances, adorable bathrooms, hardwood floors, and walkways with Catalina tiles will make your stay in Catalina the most memorable vacation you could ever have!(It's absolutely worth every one of the 48 steps up to the property.) Bedroom floors have carpet, bathroom floors are tile, remaining floors are hardwood with area rugs.
