NEW AC in town FUN, 600 5 STAR reviews two balcony’s SUP KAYAKS CHAIRS CLEAN

If you want to be in the heart of town and walk anywhere this is it. It is on the first block, steps to the sand and steps to any restaurant or bar. Right next door to the Catalina Island Conservancy so easy if you want a tour or event. Two nice decks, you can have a drink and enjoy the views or people watch. All newly redone, nice everything. Nice new TV. It technically is a one bedroom but it is 1100 sq ft with two euroloungers that fold out and all bedding/towels included. This is a fun place to go and you will love it, we do.

NEW POLICY, NO REFUND DUE TO CANCELLATION. Sorry, it was getting to be a pain in the neck. VRBO does offer travel insurance.

If you use the toys kayaks etc. brush the sand off of them before you put them away. Please leave the toy room in better condition than you found it. The Maids don't clean the toy room so thanks for helping with that. Please be respectful with noise. No parties are allowed. Never allow other people to be in the house without you being present.

I’ve stayed on Avalon many times over the last 40 years, hotels on Crescent, condos, houses. The Yellow House is a winner. Several doors down from Crescent St stores, restaurants and the sand. The double balconies are great to chill out on and the house well maintained and current. The Toy Room has more than you’ll need. We enjoyed rolling around town on the beach cruisers. Next time we’ll pull the kayaks out!Great communication from our host Marty.Overall, just a great experience in wonderful Avalon. Thank you Marty!

The yellow house is a wonderful find on Catalina. Marty, the host, is the best communicator. No guessing - he explains everything. Highly recommend the yellow house for a vacation on Catalina Island.

LOCATION!!! Property is amazing, all the perks. Lots of space and the toys are great. Marty has a locker set up so if you arrive early or are departing after check out you can store your bags. No noise from the night life but only a block from everything. Great kitchen and layout of home.

Marty was communicative and helpful and the space was perfect for our family of 4 (the two bathrooms, both with showers, were really helpful!). Right near the beach and downtown strip, easy walk from the ferry, very comfortable and clean space with two nice balconies with chairs for relaxing. The kayaks, bikes, beach chairs and SUPs especially made for a wonderful time! Would strongly recommend this space and hope to return myself soon.

The location and house were perfect. Right next to shops, restaurants and the beach. The house is one bedroom, with a sofa bed in the kitchen area. Kitchen fully stocked. The water toys and bikes were a huge bonus. Beautiful home and Marty is kind and very responsive.

This place was everything we needed. So close to everything. Marty was extremely accommodating and very responsive to texts. Perfect retreat for our small family. The toy room has kayaks, paddle boards and so many beach related items to use. Highly recommend!!
