I had a really enjoyable stay it was fore shortened one day due to hurricane Rachel and the impending storm surge but the room and the suite were immaculate very cute and cozy gorgeous views just a really really good place

Randy’s upstairs unit is perfect for a couple. The views can’t be beat and everything is in walking distance. We love it here and have come back year after year.

My wife and I have visited Catalina many times over the years, but this VRBO was by far our favorite. The location is about as close as you can get to the pier upon arrival and super close to downtown and all the outfitters Catalina has to offer. Randy, the host, was a great communicator and extremely accommodating. This VRBO would definitely be our first choice on our next visit.

It’s a great location with a nice balcony that overlooks all of the comings and goings of the island. We’ll definitely plan to go back there. It’s much better than any hotel in my opinion and the property manager is really on the ball.

Absolutely perfect location!

Best Location in Avalon

We consistently come back to stay at Randy’s house year after year. It is always clean and it comes with gorgeous views of the harbor, plus it is within walking distance to everything. We will be back again soon.

Best View and Location in Avalon!

Randy was very responsive and timely with all the details of the stay and communication. Great location within walking distance to everything. The additional amenities like the bikes and basketball was a plus. Will definitely stay here again!
