Please put gas in the golf cart before departure. There is a gas station out at Pebbly Beach. Thank you.
Please clean the BBQ and turn off the propane tank. Thank you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No open flames, glitter, glue, smoking or parties. No exceptions. The occupancy is 6 guests maximum including children and infants.
No drinking and driving or smoking on the carts. Guests are fully responsibly for any damage, tickets and liability of the carts.
Please take trash out before departure. The trash bins are located next to the golf cart parking. Thank you !

The view is breathtaking! Get up early and watch the sunrise! WOW!! The condo is spacious and very beautifully furnished! We plan to visit and stay here again! Steps are tough but so worth it!!! Golf cart was a huge blessing!

The view is wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds are comfortable and the decorations in the condo are fun and ocean related. It was great to have the 6 person golf cart to go to and from Avalon. There is nice snorkeling right in front of the condominium and there is a small hose near the water where you can rinse off after being in the ocean. In addition, there are plenty of amenities at Hamilton Cove, including tennis courts, a little putting course and a small little playground for children.

We stayed at Hamilton Cove for a wedding. The property was great! The views are amazing and spent countless hours on the balcony taking it all in. Condo had everything you needed and the host provided all the information you need from getting on the boat, luggage storage, things to do. Host was responsive and was even able to accommodate us getting our little one an early nap on arrival before rehearsal dinner. Would definitely stay here again as it’s nice to be in your private cove away from the hustle of downtown. Property is quiet and well kept. Steps away from the pool and hot tub. Highly recommend staying here if you are coming to Catalina.

This property is our favorite home away from home. We have traveled here twice now and loved it just as much both times. The view from the balcony is amazing. The sound of the waves against our private beach is soothing. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is nicely stocked with most any gadget you would need. The condo also comes with some "toys" you can take to the courts, pool, beach , etc. Its a nice little bonus. Having the golf cart with the condo is a life saver (and a money saver.) It's an essential part of seeing the most the island has to offer. Only down side in the hike up the stairs. LOL. Its a fantastic work out every day as you come home. However it makes getting to the room a bit difficult when you have a bad back or are recovering from cancer treatments. But the comfort of the condo makes the climb worth every step.

If you want beautiful views, this is the place to stay. It's outside the city center so it's quieter. The golf cart is a must and easy to use. Grocery store is not too far away. We were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub because they were very close. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved staying here so much that my cousins and I decided to book another night! The only thing I would suggest mentioning on the website is that there are numerous steep stairs to get to the property. It would be very difficult for elderly or disabled. Other than that.. it was AMAZING!

The family room is very comfortable and features a new pottery barn couch with queen sized bed, beautiful ocean views, large smart TV, mock fireplace and fully stocked kitchen. The spacious master bedroom opens to the ocean front balcony and also offers a king bed , new large smart TV and master bathroom.

Our villa has an excellent location in Hamiton cove with absolutely stunning unobstructed panoramic ocean views. The villa also has many nice new upgrades including a new Pottery Barn couch with queen sleeper sofa, new smart Tv's in every room, games for the family, mock fireplace in the living room, new pottery barn kitchen table with chairs, new stainless steel refrigerator, new outdoor patio furniture and many nice upgrades.
