This is one of our best view properties, and it’s just a few steps to the front street of downtown Avalon! This home has been completely renovated and updated. Located right across from Avalon Harbor, this one bedroom home is the upper half of a duplex. It sleeps 4, with a queen bed in the bedroom, as well as 2 sofa sleepers in the living room. The large deck overlooks Avalon Bay and the harbor. The kitchen is well equipped, and the living room offers comfortable seating and a dining table for indoor dining or game nights. There are 36 steps up to this home, and the view is worth every one of them. Come and enjoy the “new” 718 Crescent! Great location to main street of Avalon - restaurants, shops, activities, and ferry. And a Great View of Avalon from the balcony! The view was wonderful and a highlight of the stay.
We truly enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect, boasting a million-dollar view from the outside patio deck. It was incredibly convenient not having to walk far after getting off the boat, especially since we had our luggage with us. The place was spotless and comfortable, and everything was fully stocked and in working order. I would definitely stay here again.

The house has an outstanding view of Avalon Bay. Restaurants shopping everything is very close by.
This cozy spot has an amazing location. The deck has a great view of the beach and pier. 1 min walk to restaurants and the beach. We’d definitely stay here again.
Great view and patio. The bed was small and side access was limited.The bedroom lights didn’t work.We had a problem turning on the TV and had to call maintenance.The biggest setback was having to be out at 10:00 AM and we couldn’t leave for Dana Point until 5:00 PM. I had to pay 70 to check my bags.

Best view in all of Avalon!! A small little property very close to downtown. Walk everywhere you go. Wonderful patio to enjoy with friends.
We had a marvelous stay. This place is absolutely ideal for a couple or two. So close to everything and there is not a better view in Avalon. We will be back
This is a perfect location for any couple that wants to get away, relax on the patio that oversees the entire city, do a little shopping or find a good place to eat. Best of all, everything is in short walking distance including the ferry. The people that run the place are exceptional and are easily accessible. I highly recommend staying here!

The location is excellent but the 10 am check out time is an insult. Most rentals are 11 am or 12 pm. For the price they charge per night, the check out time is a huge disappointment.
The location of this unit affords fabulous views of the harbor and Crescent Street! The only detractor to the location is the very steep hill you must walk up to get to the steps to the unit. I don’t recall reading about that in the listing, and it could be a challenge for some folks. Otherwise, the unit, though compact, is comfortable and the management company was very responsive to messages.
A friend told us about this magnificent unit and what an awesome patio and view. It had not to mention the most Premier location to the harbor! Well, I have to say it exceeded my expectations by a longshot as the location is simply amazing and the outdoor patio and deck are exceptional. Jerry & Joy
Nice condo with a great view of Avalon and the harbor. The bedroom is a tight squeeze, the queen bed fills almost the entire space. The living room is large, the kitchen is a.nice size, and the deck is awesome. Easy check-in and check-out process.
