Located in the hills of Quercy (2 km from Lauzerte), this house is ideal for any traveler seeking peace and quiet and a change of scenery: cool in summer, it offers pleasant views of the valley and village from the bedrooms and courtyard.
Ground floor:
*35 m² living room including open kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster)
*large pantry with sink; toilet; ironing board
Upstairs:
*3 bedrooms; linens provided
*1 bathroom: walk-in shower + toilet + sink
Courtyard with garden table, chairs, and deckchairs; Lovely view of the village of Lauzerte
Parking + carport
Note: Wood-burning stove heating is OFF during the summer months
->Laundromat at the Lauzerte supermarket
-> Wi-Fi from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. (flexible upon request)
Completely private access; the entire property is yours. I live not far from "your" house and am available for any requests (information, assistance, loans, etc.).
