2 bedroom amazing home in Süssau/Ostsee

Welcome to this bright terraced house with terrace to the front and rear.



In front of the house you can make yourself comfortable in the garden furniture, behind the house there is a lawn and play area. The house has a cosy living room with an integrated kitchen, dishwasher, microwave and a bedroom with a double bed (180x190) and a bedroom with a bunk bed (90x200). This accommodation is ideal for small families or couples. You can even listen to the sound of the waves from the house, as the Baltic Sea with its beautiful natural beach is just a few metres away.



For anglers, the Süssau beach offers a unique stretch of sea trout.



Süssauer Strand is a long natural beach. Please note that most of the beach is also open to dogs. It is located in the 'fair weather corner' of Ostholstein near the sunny island of Fehmarn.



Should the weather not play along, the surrounding area offers many worthwhile excursion destinations: the Schleswig-Holstein Lake District, the Hansapark in Sierksdorf and the island of Fehmarn with a shark and marine centre, a donkey park and the 'Noah's Ark'. Denmark is also just a stone's throw away.



Well-developed cycle paths open up the beautiful landscape of Schleswig-Holstein to you. There is plenty of space for children to let off steam in the holiday home village. New friends can be made quickly in the large playground.

Ziemlich unsaubere Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft war dermaßen unsauber und in einem sehr runtergekommenen Zustand. Als wir nach einer Nachreinigung fragten, konnte die Putzfirma uns erst den nächsten Tag anbieten, da gegen 16:00h angeblich niemand mehr im Dienst gewesen ist. Da man dort nicht schlafen konnte, nahmen wir selbst den Putzlappen in die Hand und reinigten die Unterkunft. Bezüglich Reklamation und Geld zurück - sagten die Angestellten, dass man sich mit der Vermietung (Novasol) in Verbindung setzten soll und Die vor Ort keine Möglichkeiten haben, eine Rückzahlung vorzunehmen. Überhaupt keinen guten Umgang mit Reklamation. Diese Unterkunft würden wir nie wieder buchen.

Sehr einfacher Bungalow in super Lage!

Der Bungalow ist definitiv in die Jahre gekommen und die Dusche schon etwas eklig durch den abgenutzten Duschvorhang. Da könnte mal eine neue Dusche rein. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr klein und man hat echt Probleme überhaupt aus dem Bett zu kommen da man direkt die Wand vor der Nase hat. Das Kinderzimmer mit Stockbett ist OK. Insgesamt etwas wenig Stauraum für Klamotten. Wohnküche und Terasse sind sehr gut. Die Lage ist perfekt und da es sehr abgeschieden ist war es auch in der Hauptsaison nicht überlaufen. Allerdings ist der Bäcker rund 1,5 km entfernt. Mit dem Rad kein Problem aber zu Fuß ein schönes morgendliches Workout. Auch für Hunde ist es perfekt geeignet da direkt davor der Hundestrand ist. Strand selbst ist sehr steinig. Badeschuhe sind empfehlenswert.

Superschöne Lage

Süssau ist ein kleiner Ort. Das Ferienhaus Ferienhaus lag direkt an der Ostsee, einmal übern Deich gehen und schon da. Ist für Kinder und Hunde gut geeignet. Erholung pur. Ferienhaus ist sehr nett eingerichtet, sehr sauber und ruhig.
