About this property

My realm (Süssau) with loggia and sea view

The apartment is located in a beautiful quiet location, yet you will find everything that makes the holiday even more worthwhile within a radius of 500m.
Namely: the beach, the sea, restaurants, small shops, playgrounds, mini golf and much more.

Fresh bread rolls and the daily newspaper are also available on the beach, which you can enjoy on the loggia of the apartment with sea views in fine weather.

Furthermore, there are several campsites in the immediate vicinity and your children have the opportunity to romp on Spielpätzen and make new friends.

It is also a dream to end the day with a glass of red wine or games and to see the moon reflected in the Baltic Sea.

The promenade and a far reaching into the sea pier were renovated in 2006.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2018 and lovingly furnished.
It consists of the following rooms:
- Living / sleeping area (with large flat screen & Bloothooth radio)
- Kitchen
- shower room
- WC
- spacious loggia with furniture
- 2x bicycles with bicycle storage
- a laundromat with drying room in the cellar
- Parking space (No. 56).

Nearby are the holidaymakers stronghold "Grömitz", the island of Fehmarn, Heiligenhafen, about 30 km away the HANSA Park in Sierksdorf and many other attractions.

Die Lage ist toll, die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Was die Sauberkeit angeht, hier ist verbesserungs Bedarf. Die Wohnung hat kein WLAN, was uns jetzt nicht gefehlt hat. Die Betten waren sehr bequem.

Ein Stern, da wir ein Dach über dem Kopf hatten. DieSchlüsselübergabe ist sehr schlecht geregelt der Schlüssel musste 17km entfernt von der Unterkunft abgeholt werden. Die Unterkunft war nicht geputzt!!! Der Abfluss in der Dusche war verstopft, wir konnten nicht duschen. Die Schubladen in der Küche waren vollgestopft mit Produkten die vor 3 Jahren abgelaufen sind. Das man eine Wohnung so vermieten kann und dann auch noch zu dem Preis ist eine bodenlose Frechheit.

Urlaub in Süssau

Die Unterkunft in Süssau war sehr schön, wir fahren bestimmt wieder in diese Unterkunft. Die Wohnung war für zwei Personen groß genug und es war alles da was man brauchte. Der Blick vom Balkon war mega, wir haben es so genossen schon morgens auf das Meer schauen zu können. Der Strand und die Promenade sind nach der Sturmflut noch nicht wieder vollständig hergestellt, für Kinder ist jedoch ein Spielplatz an der Promenade und ein bisschen Strand mit der Möglichkei im Meer zu schwimmen, sich zu sonnen und mit Kindern zu spielen vorhanden. Restaurants, ein sehr gemütliches Cafe sowie ein kleiner Laden waren ebenfalls vorhanden. 5 km entfernt befindet sich Gruben, wo man einkaufen kann (Aldi, Edeka). Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und konnten uns richtig gut erholen. Es ist ein ruhiger Urlaubsort, so wie wir es uns gewünscht haben. Die Menschen, die wir getroffen haben, waren alle sehr freundlich. Dieser Ort ist zu empfehlen und die wohnung, wie schon grsagt, würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wir waren mit dem Apartment zufrieden. Beim Nachmittags- Kaffee auf dem Balkon mit Blick zum Meer aus der Ferne war sehr schön. Süssau ist klein und unkompliziert. Die Nähe zur Erkundung von Fehmarn hat uns gefallen.

Schöne Urlaubserfahrung

Die Wohnung ist völlig ausreichend und man findet alles was man benötigt und noch viel mehr. War ein schöner Aufenthalt mit Kindern. Wer es lieber laut und mit Gedränge mag, ist in 15min in Grömitz und kann anschließend totale Ruhe mit Blick aufs Meer genießen.
