About this property

Comfort apartment with stunning views Baltic Sea / lake - access to the sauna

Enjoy the beautiful morning sun and the wonderful view over Heiligenhafen's lake towards the marina, Baltic Sea and Fehmarnsund Bridge.

Our newly renovated apartment is ideally suited for up to 3 people.

We have moved a new wall for the bedroom and the offset from the guest room. So a new and open L-kitchen could be installed.

The entire apartment was equipped with a high quality warm vinyl floor.

The bedroom has a comfortable box spring bed with a lying area of ​​180 * 200 cm.

The second bedroom has a single bed 100 * 200 cm with bedside table and shelves. A travel cot is also available.

In the living room, you can pull out the seat of the comfortable corner sofa something and widen it. The TV has a size of 40 ".

In the kitchen you will find everything you need for the preparation of large and small culinary delights: oven, ceramic hob, fridge with a small 3 * freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster ...

The renewed and enlarged in 2018 shower room consists of a floor-level shower, a shower-WC, towel radiator, hair dryer, etc. A washing machine is also available.

The small balcony has a seating area and is ideal for breakfast al fresco.

To relax after the bike ride or the walk on the cliffs belongs to the apartment nor a ticket for the sauna and the exercise pool in the opposite of the park Aktiv-Hus. Also with this card our little guests and of course the accompanying parents have free access to the Children's Treasure Island.

Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsenen und einem Kind in der wunderbaren Wohnung und waren vollkommen zufrieden! Es war alles vorhanden und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Blick vom Esstisch und vom Balkon in Richtung Binnensee ist wirklich hervorragend! Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tolle Unterkunft und nah zum Wasser

Es ist eine tolle, gepflegte und modern eingerichtete Wohnung.Im Ferienpark fanden wir es nicht so sehr laut. Wir haben es schlimmer erwartet. Toller Blick aus dem 9.OG über die Ostsee.Mit dem Auto alles gut zu erreichen. Auch ohne Auto eine tolle Lage, da der Bus direkt am Ferienpark hält. Fußläufig auch einiges gut zu erreichen. 2 Eisdielen, paar Souveniergeschäfte, Bäckereien und Restaurants alles in der Nähe. Fahrräder kann man günstig dort ausleihen. Wasserspielplatz und Minigolf in der Nähe.

Schöne, sehr gut ausgestattete und top gepflegte FeWo. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten unsere Auszeit genießen. Die Küche ist bereits mit vielen Dingen des täglichen Bedarfs ausgestattet. Was gut ist, jedoch dadurch ist für die eigenen Lebensmittel nicht mehr viel Platz. Aber auch nicht schlimm, wir haben uns arrangiert. Die Anlage und der Standort waren für uns sehr gut. Zwei Bäcker und der Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Es waren zwar nur 4 Übernachtungen, dennoch haben wir es genossen. Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet und es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Genug Pkw-Parkplätze und Fahrradstellplätze...im Sommer könnte es evtl enger werden. Der Ausblick auf den Binnensee/teilweise Ostsee war sehr lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne, moderne Wohnung

Die Wohnung bietet alles was man benötigt. Sehr sauber und modern. Der Strand ist gut zu erreichen, zur Innenstadt ist es etwa 1/2 Std Fußmarsch, aber es gibt ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und Hilfsbereit.

Charmante Wohnung mit herrlichem Blick

Schöne und saubere Wohnung, die alles für einen Selbstversorger-Urlaub bieten kann. Der Blick auf den Binnensee ist ebenfalls erstklassig. Ferienpark Heiligenhafen

Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Von dem Balkon hat man einen sehr schönen Blick auf den Binnensee und nach Fehmarn rüber. Wir können die Wohnung mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Sehr hübsche Wohnung, modern und geschmackvoll. Alles da was man braucht!

Der Blick aus dem Fenster ist einfach toll. Hervorzuheben ist der Wanddurchbruch vom Schlafzimmer zum Wohnzimmer. Hier kann man aus dem Bett direkt aufs Wasser und den Jachthafen schauen.
