The one-room apartment 213, decorated in warm colours, is located on the 2nd floor of the four-story “Strandhotel” apartment building on Steinwarder. From the sunny south-facing balcony, you can enjoy a direct view of the inland lake that begins right in front of your balcony.<br>Just one street (30 km/h) separates you from the promenade and the sandy beach in Heiligenhafen.<br><br>You can reach your holiday rental via the well-lit staircase or conveniently by lift. <br><br>In the entryway, you’ll find a modern, well-maintained kitchen equipped with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a 4-burner glass-ceramic stove, an exhaust hood, and additional electric ventilation. <br>The living area is furnished with a counter-style dining table for 4 people, a cosy, large sofa, a comfortable double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm), and a 2-door wardrobe. For your entertainment, there is a 43" flat-screen TV—the Smart TV is connected to the internet and provides access to the broadcasters’ media libraries—a DVD player, a stereo system (22 digital radio stations can be received with crystal-clear reception), books, and the building’s open, free Wi-Fi network.<br>On the furnished balcony, you’ll find two high-back chairs, a round glass table, and—to provide protection from excessive sunlight—a cheerful yellow-and-white awning. The awning is motorised and equipped with a wind sensor that automatically retracts it when the wind choices up. The awning is controlled (extended/retracted) via radio signal using a permanently mounted switch to the right of the balcony door.<br>Start your holiday days with a sunny breakfast featuring a magnificent lake view and a panoramic vista of the old town and the holiday park.<br><br>In the spacious full bathroom, you’ll find a vanity with a large mirror, a bathtub with a shower screen, a hair dryer, electrical sockets, a toilet, and plenty of storage space in the bathroom cabinets.<br><br>Parking spaces are available next to the house and across the street. We’ll provide you with the required parking permit upon arrival.<br><br>All of our accommodation is non-smoking. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony.
