This cozy 36 m² vacation apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building and is easily accessible by elevator. Thanks to its unique location, you’ll enjoy an impressive view across the Steinwarder and the Baltic Sea all the way to the Fehmarn Sound Bridge, as well as across the inland lake to the harbor—a true maritime vacation experience.
Renovated in 2019, the apartment features a bright living and sleeping area facing east with a stunning view of the water from nearly every angle. The high-quality Nobilia kitchen, complete with Siemens built-in appliances and a dishwasher, is fully equipped.
The stylishly furnished living area invites you to relax with a large sofa, a cozy dining area for up to three people, a high-quality bed, and thoughtful details. A TV and Blu-ray player provide entertainment even on cozy days when the weather is bad.
The covered balcony spans the entire width of the apartment and is the perfect spot for a coffee in the morning sun. Sheltered from the wind, you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air and the view of the water here in any season.

Ich war zufrieden!

Die Einrichtung ist auf das wesentliche fokussiert. Ohne viel unnötigen Schnickschnack hat man alles was man braucht. Der Balkon ist schlicht und geräumig. Man hat wirklich einen schönen Ausblick. Nach rechts auf den Binnensee, nach links auf die Ostsee bis nach Fehmarn. Letztere zumindest solange die Bäume unbelaubt sind. Die Matratzen sind so bequem, ich hätte sie am Liebsten mit heim genommen. Wlan funktioniert einwandfrei. Das Bad ist kleiner als im ostdeutschen Plattenbau aber zweckmässig eingerichtet und sauber. Die Badewanne ist etwas höher als gewohnt. Als körperlich etwas beeinträchtigte Person hatte ich es nicht leicht hinein und schwer wieder herauszukommen. Die Benutzung der Gemeinschaftswaschmaschine und des Trockners ist wesentlich preiswerter als ein Besuch des Waschsalons im Aktiv-Hus. Die Stadtbus-Haltestelle ist quasi vor der Haustür. Ich bin wirklich dankbar, dass es in Heiligenhafen auch Ferienwohnungen für den kleineren Geldbeutel zu mieten gibt. Wer hier meckert, tut das auf hohem Niveau.

Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das ist uns besonders bei den Ess-Stühlen und im Küchenbereich beim Geschirr aufgefallen. Die Stühle haben wir als nicht besonders bequem empfunden. Geschirr war nicht vollständig und ansehnlich. In Kaffeebechern/Gläsern waren alte Rückstände, die anscheinend im Gescchirrspüler nicht sauber geworden sind. Das Geschirr war auch für eine komplette Füllung des Geschirrspülers zu wenig. Das Bad empfanden wir als zu klein für unsere Bedürfnisse. Beim nächsten Urlaub in Heiligenhafen würden wir diese Unterkunft nicht nochmal wählen.
