Wohnung top, aber Kommunikation mit dem Vermietbüro schlecht

Super tolle Wohnung, sauber und relativ neu. In unseren Unterlagen stand, dass man die Wohnung bis 10 Uhr verlassen werden muss. Bei der Abgabe der Schlüssel wurden wir sehr unfreundlich darauf hingewiesen, dass wir bereits um 9.30 Uhr hätten den Schlüssel abgeben müssen und das man schon überlegt hatte uns aufzusuchen.
