Highbank waterfront with hot tub, firepit, crab boat, pots and 2 single kayaks!
Our previous listing # was 560392. Same house, same owner/manager, just new listing number.
This beautiful 1850 square foot home was built in 2004 facing west for wonderful views across the water to Whidbey island with unforgettable sunsets.
The living room, dining room and kitchen are all open to each other and to the front windows for maximum view and ease of entertainment and sharing the time with your entire group.
The deck runs the entire length of the front of the house and wraps around the side where the hot tub is. This allows for privacy while still maintaining the view from the hot tub. The large yard features a fire pit for warming up on cool evenings.
The master bedroom features a king sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The huge shower is set up for two people with shower heads on both sides.
The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. Full hall bathroom is right around the corner.
The detached cottage features maximum privacy for the 3rd bedroom. It has a full bed and you can even see the water views from the large window.
The beach access is at the end of the dead-end street - just 2 houses down. There is a nice path down to the water. We provide a crab boat with crab pots for the crabbing season which is from Fourth of July through Labor Day - sometimes there is a winter season as well.

This place was perfect for our group, from little kids up to big adult ones. Plenty of space and the property manager was attentive. The extra room in the unattached building was a little tricky for temperature control but that was to be expedted
The moment you open the door you are greeted with a beautiful view of the water. As someone mentioned before, the home is larger than the pictures portray. It was a very comfortable home and it was a great place to relax and unwind. If you keep your eyes open you might get a visit from a family of raccoons!
My only issue was that the entire backyard was brown and the grass appeared to be dead. All of my photos from the house and the yard looked like it was the dead of winter. I realize they hadn't had any rain, but the neighbors yard was geourgous, green and well maintained.
Overall it was a great experience. My grown children brought a paddleboard, and a park was only a mile down the beach. The island is beautiful. I would definitely recommend this home.
Great property right above the sea with fantastic views of tidal wildlife (eagles, herons). Comfortable living room with a spacious deck overlooking the sea (straight).
Huge garden with fireplace...all in all comfortable clean bedrooms and a kitchen with all the appliances you need. Highly recommendable...we will come again.
These were the two main surprises - the living area had more room than it looked from the pictures, and we hardly noticed the neighbors because of vegetation on one side and the location of the house on the other. It felt like we had the ocean all to ourselves. It was well-furnished and clean.
Perfect location for our family to stay ,due to a family wedding near this home. Beauty views, very clean, with all the amenities described. The property allowed our guests to not just attend our family wedding, but have an experience of Camano Island at it’s best.
Loved staying in this house for a quick family getaway. The kitchen was really well stocked with anything you needed. We spent most of our time on the porch and the sunsets could not be beat. Our dog loved the yard but a heads up for any other owners who have escape artist dogs (like ours), the fence is a hedge on side.
The VRBO pictures don't do this property justice. The view from the house is MAGNIFICENT. Jess, the property manager, was also flexible, friendly, and communicative. All in all, we had a wonderful experience.
The furnishings in this beautiful waterfront house were pretty tired. The bed in the second bedroom was lumpy, the “comfortable” deck chairs were worn and one was not useable. We spent a lot of time on the deck - a couple more comfy chairs would have been really welcome! The kitchen was well furnished, and there were plenty of towels. The draw was the location and the view - so so so beautiful. The fenced yard was awesome for our small dog. We had a good week - nice to de-stress!
We had a wonderful stay at the Crabbin' Cabin on Camano! This house had it all; a hot tub, fully fenced yard for our dog to run all day, a fire pit to roast marshmallows and watch the starts pop out at night. The house is fully equipped with everything you should need to cook, play games, lay on the grass, even go crabbing. Our kids loved the tree swing that a friendly neighbor told us about tucked away at the end of the street. We felt like we got away from it all, while still being close to Seattle. An easy getaway and we'll be back!
Second stay here. Jenn continues to be very easy to work with. House is clean and as advertised. Nice big yard for dog and teenage boys to throw frisbee and paper airplanes. Enjoyed watching the sunset over Whidbey Island.
We had a wonderful week at Crabbin’ Cabin. The house is near the end of a dead-end street (very quiet), and was impeccably clean on arrival. We made nearly all meals at the house, and enjoyed dinner on the back deck every day. We especially enjoyed watching the sunset while making s’mores at the fire pit. The beach below is not easy to get to, but it is worth the effort - really cool shells, and tons of marine life to check out at low tide. Bunnies in the yard and hummingbirds were everywhere. Bald eagles, great blue herons, and seals were regular sights. This getaway was just what we needed during this crazy COVID summer!
Nice but not stuffy; natural setting but not isolated; fenced yard great for kids and dog; fire pit almost every night. Bald eagle next door and plenty of herons. Rented skiff at state park and saw dolphins and seals. Very last evening a pod of orcas came through to cap off a great family time.
Jenn is very easy to work with and quick to respond. Appreciated the list of some supplies provided in the home so we knew what to pack and what to leave behind. Great yard for the dog & kids with bonus apples and blackberries this time of year. Would happily return.
Waking up in the morning to that view with a cup of hot tea was heaven. Evenings are the same watching the breathtaking yellow fading to orange the then a moody violet. Then add in a majestic resident bald eagle announcing its arrival with a signature screech then gracing us with an airshow. We caught a lot of crab and only kept what we could eat The crabbing supplies were greatly appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, serve ware and kitchen linen. There were ample places to sit and relax and board games in the hall closet. Overall,we had a wonderful time at the Crabbin Cabin and hope to return.
We greatly enjoyed our stay. The communication with the property manager was very good when making the reservations. The house is clean and well equipped and the view is wonderful. We highly recommend the Crabbin Cabin
The Cabin is lovely, with a beautiful view of the water, firepit in the yard, and hot tub on the deck. Everything you need for crabbing or clamming is provided, and the crabs are plentiful! We had no trouble catching our limit for 3 licensees with 3 crab pots out.

We have stayed at this property for 3 years and hope to be back next year.
We like the Crabbin Cabin very much, so much so that we keep coming back year after year. It is so conveniently located for us. It is so clean and fully equipped with everything we need. The views are great, and the sunset over the water is spectacular. We had a special treat this year: we spotted Orcas two days in a row.
Thank you very much.

Terrific weekend crabbing, enjoying Puget Sound
We had a terrific time at this vacation rental and look forward to coming back. It was spacious, well-stocked and had plenty of space for 4 adults and two kids. We had lots of room to spread out, whether grilling on the deck, soaking in the hot tub or playing Frisbee in the yard. The board games kept the kids entertained. But crabbing was the highlight. Having access to a rowboat and crab pots made for an exciting, adventurous weekend.

Comfortable home, we did catch a lot of crab!
This is a large easy living home with a nice deck and fenced yard, as well as well-equipped kitchen and VERY comfy beds! We love to crab and appreciated the boat and 4 traps available to us, not to mention the crab cooker setup!! The walk to the beach area was a quick little trail nearby, and the light aluminum rowboat was stored on a 5ft high bulkhead down at the beach. We were easily able to lift it down with 2 people. The beach is walkable at low tide, at high tide (when we were there anyway) the water reached all the way to the bulkhead. The dog loved the large yard, and we felt comfortable w her out there as it was safely completely fenced. Cama Beach State Park is just a mile down the road, and has great hiking trails. Overall we really enjoyed our weekend! Thanks again for everything!
