This beautiful three bedroom TOWNHOUSE located between US 17 and S Ocean Blvd, provides the opportunity to stay within a five minute walk to the beach. There are a one bedroom and a bath on the first floor. The second floor has a large master bedroom with an additional bed that can be used to sleep guests or a long area. A full bathroom with a spacious balcony. There is a sliding barn door on the second floor which takes u up to third level bedroom

Great house for a beach trip

Good house for beach trips. Plenty of space for sleeping and entertaining on the first floor. I wouldnt expect to cook there other than grilling, mainly due to the lack of supplies and oven. This place has its quirks but its clean and slept 8 very comfortably.

Why they chose this property

This is a home away from home. It is in the middle of all entertainment and most important 3 min walk to the beach. You can relax all day at the beach and short walk home to relax and enjoy lounging on the balcony and entertaining your family

What makes this property unique

This unit has soft close cabinets, very high-tech appliances, and a washer/dryer. As soon as you walk into the unit you will see unique stonework all over the house and fireplace. Both bathrooms are tiled and come equipped with a tankless water heater. The bathrooms also have a mini so that you can turn it on to heat up the bathroom to help you dry off. After spending the day at the beach you can rinse off at the outside shower and go lounge on the 2nd-floor balcony with the drink of your choice. You can also enjoy the downstairs bar and front patio for cookouts and more drinks as the sunset. If you do not feel like cooking step outside and go next door to a very good steakhouse or walk to several other restaurants. You can literally park your car and never move it until it is time to leave
