Bathrooms: two bathrooms, combination tub/shower, towels, toilet paper, welcome size shampoo, conditioner and soap provided.

Living room: hardwood floors and traditional furnishings with queen-size sleeper sofa, HDTV, patio access, and ocean views.

Fully equipped kitchen with appliances, plates, bowls, paper towels, utensils, and cookware.

Dining area: dining table seating for six.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire condo except the locked owner storage closet.

The resort property typically offers shared amenities such as beach access, outdoor pool, lazy river, children’s play area, indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, on-site restaurants, and convenience store.

Important note: These amenities are owned and operated by the resort/HOA rather than the condo owner. While they are usually available to guests staying in the building, the condo owner does not manage or control these facilities. Availability, hours, or temporary closures may occur due to maintenance, weather, seasonal schedules, or resort operations and cannot be guaranteed.

Other Things to Note

The living room includes a full-size pull-out sleeper sofa.

Because we are not part of the onsite management program, guests do not have access to the Water Park or the Family Fun Zone.

This is a privately owned condo within a resort-style building. We maintain and manage our individual unit, while building infrastructure and shared amenities such as elevators, pools, plumbing systems, and common areas are maintained and operated by the resort/HOA.

Occasionally resort amenities may close temporarily for maintenance, safety, weather, or seasonal operations. These matters are outside the control of the condo owner.
