Already when you arrive you notice the special. The house is truly spoiled by beautiful details, because it is of modern design, both in architecture and equipment. In addition, there is the unique location and panoramic views of the sea. From the property you can directly reach the water. The spacious living room is open to the kitchen. The fireplace in the living room and the beds with adjustable slatted frames in the bedrooms provide coziness. One bathroom is en suite. In the large bathroom there is the whirlpool and sauna. When you come home from swimming, you can also be active on the large property. You also have an outdoor shower. The terrace is sunny and partly covered, also a barbecue provides pleasant hours. When you return home from successful fishing trips, you can arrange your catch at the outdoor filleting place. Nearby you will find charming Sønderborg to stroll and wander.

Haus hat seinen Reiz leider verloren

Wir haben das Haus mehrfach gebucht. Diesmal waren im Duschbereich die Duschen, Heizkörper und Wasserhähne verkalt sowie verdreckte Duschvorhänge. WC ungepflegt, Wasserlaufspuren. Gallerie Scheiben voller Fingerabdrücke und total unaufgeräumt. Insgesammt war der Innenbereich ungepflegt. Im Außenbereich war der Spielbereich der Kinder desulat. Wir kommen nicht wieder, sehr Schade wie ich finde. Für den Mietpreis kann man mehr vom Vermieter erwarten und die Preis sollen noch steigen!

Schmutzig, verwohnt und Überwachungskameras

Dieses schöne Haus wurde uns in einem inakzeptablen Zustand übergeben. Überall befanden sich tote Fliegen, Geschirr, Küche, Böden und Badezimmer waren schmutzig. Schimmlige Duschvorhänge rundeten den Gesamteindruck ab. Am ersten Abend fiel uns dann ein Kamerasystem auf, das Vermietungsbüro behauptete zwar, dass die Kameras inaktiv sein, diese leuchteten (IR-LED für Nachtsicht) aber in der Dunkelheit.
