Sleeps 10 comfortably! Large 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 3 story Beach House is located on Silverstrand; one of Ventura County's most popular beaches.

First floor offers two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Both bedrooms have queen size beds. One of the rooms opens out to the lush back patio.

Middle floor is comprised of two additional bedrooms, kitchen, living room, full bathroom, and a sundrenched deck with an amazing view of the beach. The first bedroom has bunkbeds (twin on top and full below). The

Location and Space

The sea lions were endlessly entertaining. We could carry the kayaks to the water. We enjoyed eating out on the deck by the kitchen.

Great location

Short walk to the beach. Upstairs game area and back yard were are favorite places to hangout and visit.

Family Beach Getaway

Every year my family rents a beach house for a few days and this house was perfect for all 8 of us. It was clean, had plenty of space, a great kitchen and steps to the beach. We couldn't have asked for a better place to be. Thanks for hosting us! Loved every minute!!

Great Beach House

This property was awesome. It was only steps from the beach. The property included beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc., as well as a wagon for getting everything to the beach. The house itself was top-notch - clean and upscale decorated. The 2nd floor kitchen was THE gathering spot for our group along with the step out balcony patio. We're already planning on a return stay.
