Just steps from the sand, this 2700 sq. foot 3-story home offers 4 bedrooms, a loft, and 3 bathrooms - sleeps 10-12 guests. A fully stocked kitchen and open family room with everything you need to cook or just relax. A pool table and fusball table are located on the main floor for family entertainment. Multiple games are also available for family fun. A fireplace on both the main floor and loft, as well as a propane powered fire pit on the top deck, help warm you on a cool evening if desired. Four bedrooms with comfortable beds and Smart TV's in every room. Three bathrooms with easy access for all individuals. The house even has a chair lift for handicapped or elderly access from the entrance to the main living area. Plenty of parking spaces available for everyone. Relax on the rooftop while taking in the ocean view, enjoy world class surf along this special 1-mile stretch of sand, walk to nearby shops and restaurants, or take a short drive to visit the Ventura Harbor, Santa Barbara and Ojai. No smoking allowed.
