A LUX 3,300sf BEACH TOWN RETREAT...

BEDROOM 1 (PRIMARY)
The massive primary suite is located on the 2nd floor. Its private (en suite) full bathroom is fit for royalty and includes a private toilet closet, double vanity, opening skylight, full length mirror and a shower designed to impress. The bedroom features a CB2 brass canopy king bed with a new luxury memory foam Casper mattress and luxury linens. This space offers a spacious walk-in closet, large screen smart TV, work desk & desk chair, charging stations and a sitting area to enjoy your morning coffee.

BEDROOM 2
This bright and happy guest room is located on the 1st floor. It features a locally designed king bed frame with a new luxury memory foam Casper mattress and luxury linens. It offers huge windows to allow in the ocean breeze along with tons of natural light. It also includes an extra large closet, ceiling fan, full length mirror, and charging stations. There is a full bathroom located right outside of this guest room.

BEDROOM 3
The 3rd bedroom is located on the 2nd floor and offers a new luxury memory foam Casper mattress and luxury linens. This guest room was designed with a mid-century modern SoCal coastal vibe in mind and boasts a custom made headboard. It includes an oversized closet, ceiling fan, full length mirror, and charging stations. A full bathroom is located right outside of this guest room.

BEDROOM 4
This private guest room is a sister room to Bedroom 3 right next door. This 4th bedroom is located on the 2nd floor and offers a new luxury memory foam Casper mattress and luxury linens. This guest room was designed with a mid-century modern SoCal coastal vibe in mind and boasts of a custom made headboard. It includes an oversized closet, ceiling fan, full length mirror, and charging stations. A private full bathroom is conveniently located 4 steps away.

DORM ROOM
This sprawling dorm room is located on the second floor and features a private en suite half bathroom. This fun over sized room was made for a gaggle of kids to sleep and play. It offers 4 twin sized beds, new luxury memory foam Casper mattresses, and a designer BluDot queen size sofa bed. This bunk room has a large ROKU smart TV, Xbox game console, spacious walk in closet, charging station, full length mirror, board games & books.

LIVING ROOM
The living room features a high end quintessential Cali costal design and is located on the first floor and has super high vaulted ceilings. It features a cozy custom made Joybird sofa, fine refurbished mid-century furniture, and a large ROKU smart TV. Large glass doors open up to the front patio which faces the small beach and park across the street.

DINING ROOM
The mid-century coastal dining room on the first floor has a table that seats 8 with 6 additional seating right next to it around the kitchen island and wet bar.

KITCHEN
The posh and expansive kitchen features a clean, bright, high end coastal design and has room for many cooks. It has a sprawling island, designer Cafe appliances and is very well-equipped for a large crowd. We’ve thought of everything here: several ways to brew your morning coffee (pour over, automatic machine, French press), plastic ware for children, beach-friendly & jacuzzi-friendly wine glasses, instant pot, Ninja blender, and pantry staples. Huge pass through windows open up to the bar top located right outside of the kitchen.

SITTING ROOM
Located off of the kitchen this serene sitting room is the perfect location for reading the morning paper, sipping an old fashion or a game of chess. This room is also our pseudo art gallery and features several pieces of original artwork by renowned artist Brooke Noel Morgan from Nashville Tennessee. Fun act: her artwork has been displayed in galleries in Spain, NYC, the Hamptons and underneath the Louvre in Paris.

WETBAR
This is the absolute heart of The Beachmont House and my personal favorite spot in the entire home. The pink and gold palm tree wallpaper screams mid-century California. Create craft cocktail here with all of the tools and essentials needed.

BATHROOMS
The home has 3 large full bathrooms and one half-bath. Each floor conveniently has a full bathroom. Each bathroom is stocked with fine body products.

WORK STATION
The primary bedroom has a desk, in case you need to do some work. The wifi router reaches every corner of the home and provides up to 200 Mbps.

BACKYARD
The Backyard is the jewel of the home and is everybody’s favorite place connect and relax. It gets great sun during the daytime for warmth and sunbathing. It features a custom built gas fireplace, magical Al fresco dining for 12 + an additional 2 on the outdoor bar top, a 7 person hot tub, hot outdoor shower, infrared cedar sauna, lounge chairs with umbrella, 5 citrus trees and gas grill.

FRONT PATIO
This space is the perfect space to sip your morning coffee while you watch the neighborhood happenings at the park, mini beach and pickle ball courts across the street. Look up at the palm tree lined streets, smile and enjoy this moment of sweet Cali bliss.

GARAGE
More like the game room and gym! Play doubles ping pong here while watching your favorite game on the big screen smart TV. Or hop on the Peloton bike, grab some Rogue dumbbells, yoga mats and pull-up bar for a quick endorphin rush. Or grab a beach cruiser from our fleet and cuise to the waves or Social Tap to grab a beer and bite (5 min ride). We’ve also stocked the garage with essential beach equipment.

LAUNDRY & CLEANING SUPPLIES
The washer and fryer is located in the garage and is available for your use throughout your stay. Cleaning and sanitizing supplies & equipment are also available.

WIFI/ENTERTAINMENT
The house is equipped with high-speed WiFi (up to 200 Mbps) for your work and entertainment needs. The home also has 4 ROKU smart TVs that are ready to stream your favorite programs.

BEACH GEAR/OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT/GYM EQUIPMENT
Beach Essentials: beach chairs, umbrella, drink cooler, beach wagon, beach-friendly drink wear, boogie boards, beach towels and other beach toys.

Other Equipment: 3 SUPs, 1 double kayak, lifejackets, beach cruisers & helmets, ping pong table, and custom cornhole boards.

Fitness Equipment: Peloton bike, assorted Rogue dumbbells, yoga mats, TRX straps and pull-up bar.

PARKING
2 spaces are available on our driveway, 1 free street spot directly infront of the home with additional free street parking available across the street on Seaview and Beachmont in front of the beach park and pickleball courts. We ask that guests please refrain from parking in front of other homes.

FAQs

EARLY CHECK-IN?
Check-in is 4pm, sometimes we are able to grant an earlier check-in of 3pm. Earlier check-in times are unable to be confirmed until the morning of your check-in date.

LATE CHECK-OUT?
Check-out is by 10 am. Sorry we are unable to grant a later checkout due to our housekeeper’s schedule.

DO YOU ALLOW LUGGAGE DROP-OFF FOR EARLY ARRIVALS OR LATE DEPARTURES?
No, we cannot be responsible for your personal belongings or have our cleaning crew interrupted while preparing the house.

HOW CLOSE IS THE BEACH?
There is a mini beach just a few steps away located directly across the street. There is sand and water access to the Ventura Keys canals. Its the perfect place for little ones to play in the water and also to launch the SUP and kayak. The open ocean beach is 1.2 miles away- its an easy/flat 5 minute bike ride, 4 minute drive or 20 minute stroll.

CAN WE HAVE FRIENDS/FAMILY COME FOR A VISIT?
Guests are welcome to visit you during your stay but based on the size of the house, Ventura County allows a maximum of 12 people total on the property both day and night. Anymore than 12 puts us at great risk of losing our permit with the city.

IS THERE A GROCERY STORE NEARBY?
Yep, VONS is a flat/easy 1 mile stroll, bike ride, or drive away.

IS THERE A COFFEE SHOP AND RESTAURANT NEARBY?
Yes, There are many in the Ventura Harbor which is a flat and easy half mile walk or bike ride away. You can also SUP or kayak to the harbor from right across the street, this is super fun for an evening dinner at Andria’s or morning coffee at CRAVE. There are also restaurants and shops on Seaward Ave. which is flat and easy 1 mile stroll, bike ride or drive away from the house. The Sushi House is amazing and Social Tap is fun for a brew and family friendly.

ARE THERE ANY WINE-TASTING OR BREWERIES NEARBY?
Yes, there are several local breweries and wineries in Ventura.

ARE THERE HIKING OR BIKING TRAILS NEARBY?
Yes, there are quite a few beautiful trails nearby. Harmon Canyon is perfect for hiking and mountain biking. The Botanical Gardens are fun for all ages and a beautiful view of Ventura at the Cross, a must do especially at sunrise or sunset. Consider bringing a bottle of wine and picnic.

Hi, we are your hosts Beau and Allie. We are local family of 5 who live just right up the street. We are 3rd generation Venturans who love this laid back beach town with all of our hearts. We recently bought this untouched 1969 mid century home and remodeled and refurbished every part of it to be our forever dream home but we decided to share this gem with visitors for a bit. Our desire was to get our 3 kids involved in the hosting process and to teach them a bit about hospitality so you may see them around taking the garbage cans to and from the street or cleaning the hot tub.

Arguably Venturas most desired neighborhood the Ventura Keys is a special place. This family friendly neighborhood is quiet, friendly and right on the water and walking distance to shops and restaurants, what more can you ask for.
