About this property

Beautiful Beachfront Faria Beach / Pitas Point Home. Close to Mondo's.

We have a 3 night minimum. We prefer longer stays in the summer months.

Nestled behind its own private gate, your ocean playground is right out back. Ideal for surfing, kayaking, boogie boarding or just to enjoy the long walks along the beach. The sunrises and sunsets are exceptional and the Channel Islands are visible offshore. This area is known for dolphin feeding and dolphins riding waves right in front. Whales can be spotted during their migration. Seals and sea lions are frequent visitors

Private tennis courts are fifty yards up the street. (No Pickleball, Sorry!!) The coastal bike path is right out front that takes you to Santa Barbara, or to Ventura and Ojai.

Every room is inviting & comfortable but the kitchen is large & beautifully stocked with nice cooking equipment. The deck is large & hangs right out over the ocean. The sunsets are gorgeous. There are stairs down to the beach.Cecelia was super accommodating and easy to communicate with. We really appreciated her flexibility and had a bucket list stay.

This is the best house on the beach at Faria, great sand access with tide pools right down the stairs and plenty of room for the whole family! We love staying at this home and the owners are wonderful to deal with.

Perfect stay on the beach

Great property right on the beach. Very nice to take a stroll on the sand when the tide is out.The kitchen is super well equipped, the house is clean and tidy, everything was working and so my wife and I had an awesome few days. One comment I would have is the master bedroom mattress is very firm and personally I like a softer mattress. All in all we enjoyed ourselves very much and would love to go and stay again sometime.

Our Favorite Beach House

We love this property! Coming from the Central Valley, our week here gives us time to relax and beat the heat. This home is comfortable and family friendly. The amazing kitchen is well stocked and met all our needs. The outdoor grill and patio provided for wonderful outdoor dinners while watching the tides roll in.

Surfer's Paradise!

If you're a surfer looking for an empty point break, this is IT. Wonderful house with everything you need and great communication with the manager, Cecilia. We've never stayed at a better spot for surfing and we will be back.

Stellar on the beach!

A well cared for home with all amenities. Kitchen is fun to cook in, furniture accommodates family actvities. Beach disappears at high tide but a little scheduling makes it work.
