About this property

Beautiful Beachfront Faria Beach / Pitas Point Home

We have a 3 night minimum. We prefer longer stays in the summer months.

Holiday rates are $1000 per night. We rarely rent on holidays since we usually stay at our home.


Nestled behind its own private gate, your ocean playground is right out back. Ideal for surfing, kayaking, boogie boarding or just to enjoy the long walks along the beach. The sunrises and sunsets are exceptional and the Channel Islands are visible offshore. This area is known for dolphin feeding and dolphins riding waves right in front. Whales can be spotted during their migration. Seals and sea lions are frequent visitors

Private tennis courts are fifty yards up the street. (No Pickleball, Sorry!!) The coastal bike path is right out front that takes you to Santa Barbara, or to Ventura and Ojai.

Every room is inviting & comfortable but the kitchen is large & beautifully stocked with nice cooking equipment. The deck is large & hangs right out over the ocean. The sunsets are gorgeous. There are stairs down to the beach.Cecelia was super accommodating and easy to communicate with. We really appreciated her flexibility and had a bucket list stay.

Our Favorite Beach House

We love this property! Coming from the Central Valley, our week here gives us time to relax and beat the heat. This home is comfortable and family friendly. The amazing kitchen is well stocked and met all our needs. The outdoor grill and patio provided for wonderful outdoor dinners while watching the tides roll in.

Surf and sun

If you love to be up, close watching surfers ride the waves and enjoy the ocean, this place is perfect. This house is a great size for a family with upstairs and one downstairs bedroom. The kitchen is large enough for multiple adults to cook together. And we love sitting on the deck and being able to go to the ocean. Cecilia, the host is absolutely wonderful! We love going there several times a year

Perfect stay on the beach

Great property right on the beach. Very nice to take a stroll on the sand when the tide is out.The kitchen is super well equipped, the house is clean and tidy, everything was working and so my wife and I had an awesome few days. One comment I would have is the master bedroom mattress is very firm and personally I like a softer mattress. All in all we enjoyed ourselves very much and would love to go and stay again sometime.

Perfect ocean front location

We enjoyed the beautiful ocean, where dolphins and sea lions were swimming and pelicans were diving for fish. I love watching the paddlers and surfers on the lazy waves. The house has an attractive layout for our family and a large kitchen that allows us to cook together. Cecilia is extremely responsive to any questions. Definitely our happy space.

Faria Beach House

This is a beautiful home that is super comfortable to stay in. It has a great kitchen A friend of mine came for dinner who is in a wheelchair and it was nice that with his small Ramp he could access the deck and have dinner inside with us. The beds are all comfy too with plenty of beddings. We did have a problem with the tankless hot water heater and had to call Celia late one nite and the problem got resolved. The water pressure upstairs shower was really weak but there is another shower downstairs It’s nice having the garage to keep all our boards in. And the outdoor shower is a plus too. It is an absolute gem of a spot and the owners are super nice. Hope To stay again in the future

Stellar on the beach!

A well cared for home with all amenities. Kitchen is fun to cook in, furniture accommodates family actvities. Beach disappears at high tide but a little scheduling makes it work.

Surfer's Paradise!

If you're a surfer looking for an empty point break, this is IT. Wonderful house with everything you need and great communication with the manager, Cecilia. We've never stayed at a better spot for surfing and we will be back.
