The versatile and open floorplan features a floor to ceiling wall of glass to view the water from any part of the Kitchen, Dining, and Living Rooms. The Primary Suite offers an ensuite bathroom, Peloton, and access to the deck with a private hot tub, while the Guest Suite includes multiple sleeping areas. Beautiful place

This is a wonderful house for two adult couples to enjoy the beautiful views and great location right in front of the famous Rincon Point wave. Our group enjoyed the house and fireplace. We appreciated the pretty neighborhood and close drive to everything we wanted to do in Santa Barbara and Carpinteria.

The magic of Rincon

This beautiful home had us smiling as we walked in the door. We have stayed at many a vacation rental but the Cove at Rincon is at the top of the list. Clean and updated ..Everything you need (and more). Perfect for 2 couples. The deck opens up your living space. Fire pit and jacuzzi and surfers out front. We can’t wait to return. Kudos to owners and rental staff
