As soon as you enter this beautiful condo, you’ll be amazed by this third-floor condo's luxury, which includes sumptuous furnishings, including a queen-size sofa sleeper, elegant accents, wood and tiled floors, free Wi-Fi and a gas fireplace. The best spot, however, is the large, covered balcony overlooking the Little Pigeon River and has porch-style rockers. Both beautifully decorated bedrooms are furnished with sumptuous king-size beds, in-room flat-screen TVs, nightstands with reading lamps and country-chic décor. Very convenient to everything and even though your very close to the strip you don't hear all the noise. We loved being right on the creek. My only complaint was the Wi-Fi wasn't very good but other than that we would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The major negative was the master bathroom shower curtain. It was difficult to use because the hooks were clamped tight against the rod, while sections of the curtain came unhooked. The shower pressure was too hard for me, but fine for my husband. We did not have time to use the jetted tub, but it looked excellent. We didn't try using the washer or dryer, either. There was no hall or coat closet. One rocking chair on the balcony needs painting. The air conditioning seemed to cool the second bedroom better if the door remained open. The pool is quite small, but probably perfect for adolescents, or anyone just wanting to cool off. That's my full list of possible drawbacks. Everything else was perfect, either exactly as described or better. We would not hesitate to return, to this unit or the property, in general. It was very clean, comfortable, and except as noted, in good repair. We were very pleased to find this unit had a reserved, mostly covered, parking spot. The second spot is random like in most hotels. Our check in/out was easy, and the staff friendly and courteous. They seemed genuinely concerned that all our needs were met. The location is awesome, as long as you realize you will hear traffic when on the balcony. Early mornings outside were great. We watched several kinds of birds, squirrels, and a ground hog. We spotted a few fish, too. Because it's so close to the Leconte Center you can follow those signs to return when out. To keep from crossing traffic, we exited to the right (toward the Parkway), and returned by using Teaster Lane. Kroger and Food City are just a few minutes away. We chose to stay in Pigeon Forge to see the attractions. The free and discounted tickets from Xplorie really helped keep our budget in check. Some tickets have additional discounts if purchased together. For us, that was the Hatfield and McCoys bundled with the Comedy Barn. Be sure to see the price list the front desk provides, too.
