Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean. The recliner would not recline so that was disappointing. Just needs some comfortable seating to lounge around and rest with the family. I did not realize that first floor for our unit meant in the basement, had that been disclosed we could have been more prepared as to where to park so we didn’t have to go down stairs with luggage. We had a great time and we love Whispering Pines and we will plan on visiting again! Our unit just needs minor changes over all we were happy.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at the condo rental. There was plenty of room and the condo was very clean. I don’t say that lightly. It was nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. This was a first floor unit and we didn’t have to use the elavators. The balcony was private and had a very nice Mountain View. The office staff was very accommodating and made sure the gas fireplace was turned on for us. The only negative was that the tile floor in the dining room had a lot of cracks. But this was cosmetic and didn’t deter from the vacationAll in all it was a very nice place in a convenient location and very clean.

Nice place!

Place was clean. Nice to be up a hill and away from the commotion of pigeon forge. So many other places you were on the main strip and had traffic right near the pool. This was up a small hill and pool was in the middle of the complex. Was very glad we chose this location.

The only thing is there are no recliners, so if you are someone who needs a recliner, there isn't any in this particular condo. The water pressure was insane! Usually places have drizzles for showers, but this water pressure was perfect (it became a joke with our family). We could not see the fire works from the park from our condo, however someone outback of the condo had some amazing fire works that we watched from the balcony (and it was an awesome show!)!

As always we loved the lazy river and pool. My only suggestion would be better quality cookware in the unit. And the addition of a recliner. I, like many people, have back problems and a recliner Is the most comfortable furniture. Other than that we really liked the unit

Not for you, if you need WiFi

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was not bad, but was very frustrating not having internet access in the room. Their wiFi was down and they gave me the number and I had to talk to the guy who fixes it several times on my vacation instead of them dealing with it. When it supposedly got fixed, it was so slow it was basically useless. The reception in the room was terrible, so we couldn't even use our data to look up events to plan our day and when I asked them if they had another way for us to do this, they just told me to go to the library. THIS WAS OUR VACATION! I shouldn't be calling people to fix their internet and then they did not attempt to correct it at all.

We always suggest for the first floor in building 5 to avoid any steps, to enter through building 6 where there is a break in the railing. That would be the easiest access to that floor due to the way the building is built on the hill. We hope you enjoyed your stay otherwise and welcome you back for many more future stays!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean and had everything we needed. We have never stayed in this unit before, and won’t again. It’s just little things, no recliner, terrible pillows. In the evenings a foul smell lingered in the dining room area. We love staying at WP, but we won’t use this unit again. Also, it is described as ground level, but is really below ground.

One of our tub/shower drains was very slow. It was corrected but it should have been taken care of prior to our arrival. Parking near our entrance was an issue. Parking should be reserved by unit number.
