Very Nice Condo

Condo was very nice and clean. The keyless entry was great. We stay at Whispering Pines each year at this time and this condo was great and will try to reserve this one again next year.

Not as Advertised!

Both pools and spa out of commission at least until Memorial Day weekend. We were not given option of cancelling and booking somewhere else. The Wi-Fi is PUBLIC and barely works, no password so everyone is on it and it simply doesn't work in the evenings. Kitchen supplies were meager, for example: one dish towel, one spatula for entire kitchen. Very disappointed, will not come back to this complex.

Sister's trip

This was the first trip with my sisters that we have taken together since our father passed away 12 years ago. We enjoyed our stay very much! We only have a few complaints... When we opened the roll of paper towels, they were molded on the bottom. Luckily, we brought our own pack of napkins. Also, the jets in one of the back bathroom tubs had black mildew in it. The main issue was the TV cutting in and out. Every 30 seconds it would stop playing and pause for a minute or so, then play again, then stop again... etc. We called, but no one ever came to check out what the problem was. We did use Netflix and was successful in watching a movie or two without any issues. Just couldn't watch live TV. It was probably just a service issue, but still a weekend inconvenience.

Fun Spring Break

Our family had an amazing time at this property! I don’t think the pictures do it justice. The condo was nicer and more spacious than we expected. We had 9 people (7 adults, 2 children), and it was perfect! The location is within walking distance to a lot of great places in Pigeon Forge, which was an added perk! We were also impressed that we couldn’t hear other people from the condos next door or from outside. Highly recommend this property!
