Tennessee Vol getaway

We had a great time. A little rocky at first with the check-in process due to not getting the code until an hour after check-in. Overall was a great trip and prefect for what we needed.

Disappointed, but beautiful home

Upon arriving, no code to get in. Requested 2 times online. Finally called. Was told that check in starts at 4, doesn’t mean you can get in at 4. Very rude person on the phone. Had to wait until inspection. Inspection came, he was much more pleasant than the lady on the phone. Says sleeps 10, I could only find enough places for 9. Only enough towels for 7 people. Huge terrible unsafe drop off at front door. Very dangerous. Unsure of how this passed inspection from the county. Centipedes inside the home. No stove, no dishwasher, not enough kitchen utensils and plates for 10. Need more pillows for beds. Wonderful design of home more than one family. Seating on the back porch would have been nice. The fire pit was great. Problems with the televisions. Multiple televisions, but mixed up remotes. We gave up.

Nice but needs a little extra

The home is beautiful in a great location. Nice driveway, beds are comfortable. Garage is nice. I wish there was furniture on the back patio to sit on. It would be nice to have a common area for everyone to sit. There is no oven or dishwasher, only a microwave, grill, blender and toaster. You don’t need two washers and dryers. Could use the space in the garage and maybe add some activities like cards and cornhole set. More towels would be a plus. Maybe a hairdryer left in the bathroom would be nice. Coffee would be nice when you arrive as well. Other than that this was a great spot for our group and we will be back.
