Moose Tracks has beautiful lush wood park-style views. This cabin is located only a few minutes from Parkway in Pigeon Forge. It has so many amenities that you and your family can enjoy like your own private theater where you can enjoy a movie while eating some popcorn or candy. If you want to relax you have a Jacuzzi you can enjoy in the King bedroom or you can relax in the hot tub on the deck as you enjoy the beautiful view. You can enjoy a game of air hockey with your friends and family or you can take a dip in the resort pool on those hot and sticky days. You and your family will enjoy the time you spend at Moose Tracks.

Cute cabin but won’t be back

Started off @10pm when we checked into out “keyless” entry. The code would not work so I contacted the office, the guy was rude and just acted like we were completely wrong in pushing 4 buttons. The next day I asked someone to come reset it, they never showed. The cleanliness of this cabin was not the best. Stuff on the walls, stains on sheets. The kids enjoyed the game room, but overall unsatisfied.

Really enjoyed our stay only problem we had the jacuzzi leaked tgrough the ceiling to the lower floor

Mediocre at best

Upon walking into the property we were met with an animal trap on the porch, a coffee table that had no table top (glass broke week prior and never got replaced), glass mirror doors to closet were broken and one was missing, shower door broke previously and instead of taking out both doors they left one glass door and put up a shower curtain for the other, knobs missing kitchen cabinets, MILDEW smell was AWFUL in lower level, hot tub was working but in very rough shape, carpets were DISGUSTING, Overall the management company did try to help but, the over all shape of the property was not good, the pictures made it look like it was in good condition and they were surely not true to the actual state of the property. In addition, there is no mention to only 2 parking spots and with a 4 bedroom property, we needed one additional spot and there were no options provided for this.

Not impressed!

The amenities listed were not accurate. The cable television was a sole minimum, literally local only, literally the same thing as antenna services. The hot tub didn't have any water in it so we had to call maintenance. The gas grill is nasty with grease and rust so bad it blocked the gas line and we had to keep relighting the flame and our chicken was not done thru after almost 2 hours of cooking. The jacuzzi tub in the upstairs master bed has something wrong with it's pipes because as soon as the jets were turned on it started leaking thru all 3 levels of the cabin. The kitchen sink faucet was broken when we walked in. It is listed with offsite heated outdoor pool but is not within walking distance. It's also 'semi-secluded' but I could throw rocks and break windows on the closest neighbors. I believe I could count 8-9 within a throws distance. Enough parking spots for not more than 2 vehicles and that's if maintenance has not already parked like one did with our cabin rental Moose Tracks. We will not be returning to Lazy Days Resort.

Budget Friendly but Run Down

The cabin is in poor condition. Carpet is very dirty and musty smell. Great location but filled with cob webs and broken blinds and missing shower doors.
