serenity by the SEA is your private ocean oasis ~ offering 1,135 ft /105m of vacation space right on the ocean. The villa offers a ocean view. our 2-story villa is a corner unit facing southeast for a view of the ocean and extra sunshine all day long. The villa is just steps from one of the largest heated pools on the coast. The upper wraparound balcony is the best place to sip a cup of coffee/tea and watch the sunrise or just grab your favorite cocktail and enjoy looking at the lapping ocean waves.

Sleep well: both bedrooms offer brand new beds and bedding which includes a king adjustable mattress in the master bedroom for easy recline + two new full-size mattresses in the 2nd bedroom for your added comfort 

Lighting for relaxation: we installed dimmer switches on several of our lights to help you relax and unwind. In additionally guests will now enjoy several new lights throughout the villa; recessed lighting in the kitchen, contemporary dining room light, hallway lights, upstairs bathroom light, + the latest nightlight wall outlets. We also have recently installed security lighting in case of power failure for your added security.

Kick your feet up: our living room couch and loveseat all have built in recliners - the only
way to relax ...

Cook like a pro: our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your best meals all in the convenience of your own home.

Chill out: brand new large living room remote control ceiling fan to provide the right amount of air flow

Beachside fun: we offer our guests exclusive use of our beach chairs, boogie boards plus beach sand toys for the little ones
