Beautiful whirlpool and sauna house with great panoramic views over the Isefjord to Orø, Holbæk and Odsherred. Enjoy the sunset and the play of colors on the fjord from the large terrace. The house has a spacious living room open to the kitchen. There are also three good bedrooms, the bedroom with bunk beds is best suited for small children. The large natural ground is good for ball games. Easily walk down the landscaped nature trails to the water with the bathing jetty set up there in the summer. In the fjord, which is rich in fish, you have plenty of opportunities for fishing and surfing in the protected fairway and kayaking all year round. Access to the house via a private road of gravel (20 km/h).

genialer Blick, ruhig, toll ausgestattet, gemütlich

Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Das Grundstück ist ruhig gelegen, der Blick ist bei jedem Wetter genial und es ist wirklich alles im Garten und im Haus, was man zum Familienurlaub braucht. Im Garten sind reichlich bequeme Möbel, ein großer Grill, mehrer gemütliche Sitzplätze und für Kinder ein komplett eingerichtetes Spielhaus, ein Sandkasten samt Spielzeug, Bälle, Fussballtore... Das Haus inklusive Kinderzimmer ist ebenfalls für alle Alterklassen komplett liebevoll und total gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles ist in gutem Zustand und man merkt, dass man sich gut um Haus und Garten kümmert. Die Zimmer sind leider sehr klein und der Schrankplatz beschränkt. Auch gibt es zwar 2 Bäder und eine Sauna aber nur 1 WC. Mit 5 Personen brauchte es da hin und wieder etwas Absprache, vor allem wenn einer der 5 gerade trocken geworden ist. Zugleich ist das Haus eine gute Ausgangsbasis für die vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Egal ob Roskilde, Treleborg oder Kopenhagen - alles erreicht man in unter einer Stunde. Aber dicken Geldbeutel für die Eintrittskarten mitnehmen! Mit 3 Kinder war es teilweise ganz schön happig. Will man mal und Wasser, lässt es sich von Steg aus herrlich schwimmen - Badeschuhe sind von Vorteil. Weil unser Nachwuchs mal richtig an den Strand wollte, fuhren wir nach Kulhuse. Sehr schöner Sandstrand und parkt man etwas vor der Fähre und nimmt die Treppen das Ufer herunter, ist es auch nicht mehr so voll. Im Ort sind 2 gut sortierte Supermärkte. Uneingeschränkt weiter zu empfehlen!
