LOVED the location of this property, it was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Close to town, close to the beach, and just a skip from the community pool. This condo felt very much like home versus a vacation rental, which is always pleasant. There were plenty of “nice to have” things included (like beach chairs, bikes, etc.). The host had great communication and the neighbors are all friendly. The property was very clean but had a bad pet odor. It smells like a few dogs/cats live there (we didn’t see any pet hair or pet mess, it’s just the smell- which lasted our entire stay. We cringed every time we walked in and smelled it). Tips for future renters- be sure to mention how you want the 3rd bedroom set up (we expected 2 twin beds but they were pushed together to make a king and we didn’t see proper sized bedding to separate them). There are plenty of towels and wash rags (which is great for a large family like ours) but they’re thinner and smaller than average size and not great quality so we ended up buying some of our own to use so if you want decent quality, bring your own. Overall, this is a good rental for the price and would recommend.

A wonderful home away from home

This is my second time staying here and I love everything about this place! It’s super clean and very comfortable. The location is ideal, a nice walk to the pier and many amenities. Plus the host Katie is very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend this excellent condo!

Location Location Location!

This unit is in a phenomenal location! The condo complex is easy walking distance to both a great playground, down St. Simons, & public beach access. The complex itself has two pools, great swings, & outdoor seating around the pond. This unit is at the end of the complex so there's less vehicle traffic. It has a well appointed kitchen, too. Katie is communicative & responsive. Thank you for being a great host.

Everything went smoothly! Issues with the internet, but at least we had it for the first couple of days. My son is an accountant, and had to work a couple of days. My mother is basically bedridden. I wanted to bring down one more time. I couldn't have done it without him. Beautiful condo. Love the decorating

Location & Comfort & Dog & Kid Friendly! Just what we needed! .

This rental unit was quiet & located near back area of complex. No thorough traffic and very quiet. Ocean Walk is shady and pond and parks very nice. The condo was well stocked, clean and functioned as our respite after biking and beach time everyday. I stayed alone half of the 12 days and felt very safe. It’s an affordable option for the Island.

The condo was perfect in every way! Great location, superior amenities (two pools, tennis courts, bikes), plus the condo itself is very clean and nicely decorated. We had a great stay and Katie was very accommodating. I will stay here again and highly recommend it!

Cleanliness and location were key in our VRBO experience and if I could give this condo 10 stars in each, I would! Excellent communications with the owner. The condo had everything we could need and I can't say enough about how clean it was. Highly recommend.

Loved this condo!!!

This place was so beautiful and welcoming! The decor was welcoming and felt like home! Beds were spacious and so comfortable! We loved being so close to the beach as well as the shops/pier! My only problem was that the ice maker made knocking sounds all the time and I was forever thinking someone was at our door lol. But it was beautiful and I highly recommend this rental!

In town for a conference

The property was just as described on line. Check in was a breeze. Everything was clean and wasn't lacking in anything you might need. The twin beds in one bedroom are quite firm/hard so if you can't sleep on anything like that, pick one of the other bedrooms.

Perfect off beach condo

Had a great time here with all the amenities (pool, clubhouse, tennis courts). Rented a golf cart to travel back and forth to beach. Great getaway!!
