The detached holiday home is modernly furnished. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of town. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location by the water. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (wood/coal). The entrance leads over an external stair and a 40 sqm terrace directly in the vestibule. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room / bedroom with lounge, dinette, TV, radio and sea view. You have access to the 15 sqm terrace with garden furniture. Bedroom Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with electric cooker induction cooker (4 plates), oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer, window and washing machine.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and baby bed. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Blato/Island of Korčula, district Blaca. The holiday house is situated on a 1000 sqm open garden plot with flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking on the property.

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und die ...

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und die Besitzer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, sie machen ständige Renovierungen, in diesem Jahr ist die große Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer völlig neu. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, praktisch hat nichts gefehlt, auch die Küche ist zu Hause sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir werden in ein paar Jahren zurück sein, weil wir uns jedes Jahr gerne ändern.

Sehr erholsamer und ruhiger Urlaub in einer schönen Natur. Weinliebhaber sind hier am besten Fleck. Egal wo es sind alle Leute sehr nett und freundlich. Wir waren zu 6 Personen hier und alle kommen wir wieder hier her.

Das Ferienhaus war wirklich sehr ...

Das Ferienhaus war wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet und gemütlich für eine mit 2 Kindern! Die Lage war sehr ruhig und romantisch, toller Badeplatz zum Schwimmen und Tauchen! Die Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit-nochmals vielen Dank an sie! Das einzige Problem ist die Stromversorgung mit der Solaranlage-die ist ein wenig zu schwach für eine vierköpfige Familie, da muss man mit dem Strom etwas sparsam umgehen... Aber sonst ein wunderschöner Urlaub - und wir möchten nächstes Jahr wieder in diesem Haus unseren Urlaub verbringen, freu mich schon jetzt darauf!

eine einfache, aber sehr entzückende Unterkunft inmitten der Natur, umgeben von Weinbergen, Pfirsichen, Oliven, mit den liebenswertesten Gastgebern, die ich je kennengelernt habe. Der optimale Platz für Ruhe und Erholung, ohne Schnick-Schnack.

Wenn man Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist dieses Ferienhaus ideal. Die Vermieter sind super nett und hilfsbereit! Wir waren eine Familie mit zwei Kindern und zwei Hunden und können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen!! Jederzeit gerne wieder!!
