About this property

This beautiful and cosy flat, tastefully decorated and fully equipped, will make you live an intense and unmissable Parisian escapade.
Located in the famous "Marais", 5 minutes walk from Beaubourg, this area is very lively thanks to its many pedestrian streets which give access to trendy restaurants and bars of the capital, as well as trendy shops. The area is rich in museums and close to public transport.
My accommodation is ideal for couples, families or friends

Superb air-conditioned flat of 25m2 which includes :

- 1 bedroom with a double bed
- 1 living room with a very comfortable sofa bed and television
- 1 dining area with a dining table and 4 chairs
- A fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave oven...
- A shower room with toilet.
- Internet via fibre

The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is done by a professional cleaning agent.

We sincerely hope that your stay will be the best it can be. As specified in our house rules, check-in starts at 3pm and there is an additional charge for late arrivals:
