About this property

Very charming, warm, modern and fully equipped studio located in the heart of the Marais district. Tastefully decorated, warm and bright, this studio will make you live a very pleasant trip in the heart of Parisian life. My accommodation is ideal for a successful stay as a couple or with friends.

Studio of 23 m2 at the ground floor:
- 1 Living room with 1 double bed (queen size)
- 1 dining area with high table
- TV, Wifi
- Open kitchen fully equipped (microwave, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine)
- Bathroom with shower and toilet.

The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is done by a professional cleaning agent.

We sincerely hope that your stay will be the best possible. As specified in our house rules, there is an additional cost for late arrivals:
From 7pm to 11pm: 30 euros
After 11pm: 50 euros

Very charming new studio located on the first floor of the building, this apartment is located in the heart of the Marais district, and is fully equipped. Decorated with taste, warm and bright this studio will make you live a very pleasant trip in the heart of the Parisian life, for a successful stay in couple or between friends. You will find a large supermarket Carrefour (rue Amelot, 1 minute walk).

Some restaurants in the area:
- Merci (111 Boulevard Beaumarchais)
- Bistrot des Vosges (31 Boulevard Beaumarchais)
- Strada café (94 Rue du Temple).

For a brunch:
- Le 404 (69 Rue des Gravilliers)

- Museo Picasso (a 500 m)
- Notre Dame de París (a 1 km)
- Museo del Louvre (1,5km)...

I also advise you to go for a walk towards the rue de Bretagne which is rich in bars and small shops typically Parisian.

My apartment is very well served by public transportation, which can easily take you to the Eiffel Tower, the Sacré Coeur or the Arc de Triomphe.

Studio in Marais District

For our first visit to Paris, we were disappointed in our choice of this property. Given the price we paid, we expected more in terms of cleanliness and comfort. The pillows were too large and uncomfortable to sleep with so we ended up using the tiny decorative pillows to sleep with which were filthy and covered in white stains. Plumbing issues occurred as soon as we checked in and turned on a faucet, some advertised amenities were nowhere to be found and management ended up ignoring us at a certain point when we asked about them. The only positive aspect was the location of the property but would not recommend staying here as this was overpriced for the quality.
