Located on the ground floor, this very nice 27 sq. m flat, decorated in a industrial style, is composed of:
- a nice living space with a comfortable sofa-bed,
- a bathroom with shower,
- a fully equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge, hotplates, dishwasher),
- hoover, washing machine, hair dryer, high chair and TV.

Please note: this property is located in a lively area with a bar nearby, noise pollution may occur.

Satisfactory

Overall, our experience here was satisfactory, however, the experience could have been better. A few things of note. No instructions upon arrival except on how to get in the door. We had to turn on power, etc. Bring your own/buy more shampoo and soap. These items were provided, but only enough for one day per person. Towels, there was only one set per person (you will have to ask for more or wash (however, you will need to bring your own detergent). Not enough toilet paper, we needed to purchase more. Only one dishtowel, needed to buy paper towels. No wifi. This was listed but missed by me. No tv. There is one but we couldn't watch. Not super clean. Hand prints on stove. Dust everywhere. White bathroom door dirty from use and dirty under toilet. If you need it completely dark to sleep, this place is not for you as there are no window drapes (just frosted windows which allow for the street lights). Noise...mostly just garbage men early in the am, and note that this property was right on the street (it is noted). POSITIVES: Property manager was quick to respond to any questions. Location, near food, sites and metro. Fan! Nice to have: additional outlets strips. Hope this is helpful to the company and those who plan to visit next.

Emplacement / Anomalies

Très bon emplacement et très bon accueil mais : 1 seul bol , pas de petites cuillères, pas de réseau et pas de TV ni de WIFI. Des frais pour le dépôt de garantie non indiqués dans la tarification. Je demande un remboursement de ces frais , comme il m'a été indiqué au téléphone. Sinon une indemnisation pour les défauts indiqués serait normal.

Déception

Accueil parfait. Après grosses difficultés pour ouvrir et fermer la porte d'entrée. Surprise le canapé lit un peu petit pour deux et fallait pas bouger trop bruyant. Équipement moyen pas de couvert une fourchette pour deux, chauffage HS dans la salle de bain. Ménage à refaire. Pourquoi avoir mis une télévision si elle ne fonctionne pas? Et pour finir aucune insonorisation rue un peu bruyante. Un peu déçu, dommage car très bien placé.

Appartement super bien placé, proche des transports et d’une supérette! Super propre! Entrée et sortie des lieux pratique même si la sortie est légèrement tôt!! Je recommande ce logement les yeux fermés !
