This property is located in an exceptionally great area of Paris. It feels like everything is close by. The building is well-maintained in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Great apartment!
The location couldnât have been better. The building was secure. The apartment was a little run down but spotlessly clean.

Cozy apartment not so cozy in the end
I have spent 10 days in Pietro's apartment. The location is great and it's surprisingly calm, no traffic noise or other loud noises. Unfortunately the apartment is not cozy at all, the furniture is run down and the klick klack sofa is not comfortable to sleep on.
No toilet paper. No hand soap in toilet. Young man who met me at the studio had no idea how to connect to the WiFi. Took over a hour to figure out which modem was the correct one and get the password right to sign in. No write information sheet for the studio, which would prevent that fiasco! Terrible mosquito problem. I had to go buy plug in repellent and fly swatter at my own expense. TV needed a cable brought round to work. The interior stairs are of unequal height with no railing. Floor is terribly uneven. Dangerous especially at night. Sleeper sofa upholstery is dirty and stained. Mattress is cheap and bed is terrible to try to sleep on. Kitchen sink was dirty!Freezer door broken so filled with frosty ice so not usable. How a place like this can be rented is beyond comprehension.
This compact studio apartment, a steep third floor walkup in a building from the 1500s, is ideal for independent go-getters. We were given a brisk, friendly briefing by the rental manager to get us oriented, then we Googled how to use the induction stove, microwave grill and washer. The living room is bright, with windows on the Seine, a courtyard and the neighbouring street. Donât let the quirky floor angles, the few cracked tiles or other stuff get to you; you are literally steps from the Seine, a 6 minute walk from Metro and a 4 minute walk from the Notre Dame reconstruction. Itâs a fantastic base for exploring the very centre of Paris!
The unit is lovely and everything you need is there. The host included thoughtful everything from an umbrella to an ironing board. Communication with the owner worked well. The check-in person spoke only French(we were after all in France) but was very good at getting the essentials communicated. It is a lovely but probably the oldest Building you will ever have stayed in. Keep that in mind and guests with walking disabilities might think twice, but I broke a bone 4 weeks before and did fine. You cannot plan life completely ever ... Paris is wonderful and it is very accessible from this location. The stairs were no problem for me( 60 and broken foot). Things break and every human needs time to fix things that is life. The main thing is friendly and helpful people
