Welcome to our Sandcastle! A lovely new home that is decorated to the nines! Walking distance to the resort pool area and incredible lagoon, where you can rent paddleboards and kayaks to play! Enjoy 5 bedrooms, all with an attached bathroom!

You will love the two main level masters, and multiple living spaces, both inside and out! One patio features a grill and dining set to enjoy dinner outdoors, while another features a pergola, hammock, and a private hot tub! With a laundry room and a 2 car garage, you are sure to have everything you need for the perfect stay while enjoying Desert Color!

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and a half-mile of white-sand shoreline, the Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon will be the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more. Resort pools, beaches, nightly rentals, and homes surrounding the lagoon offer a lifestyle of relaxation and recreation.

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.

Desert Color is St George's newest development off of I-15 and exit 2. The development has an amazing resort area with a swimming pool/hot tub that is now open and an incredible lagoon where you can kayak, paddleboard, swim, or play on a sandy beach. Walking/biking trails are already completed and ready for your use. This unit is close to the airport, Sand Hollow Reservoir, hiking and biking trails, and ATV riding! The Shores Resort pool has just opened!

We would like to advise you that during this time, the Desert Color Community is experiencing ongoing construction in close proximity to your vacation rental. While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests to only use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity. This will ensure not only your safety but the safety of the construction workers.
