Step inside and be greeted by a spacious open-concept living area adorned with stylish contemporary furnishings and tasteful decor. The living room invites you to unwind on plush sofas while basking in the natural light streaming through large windows. Adjacent is the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with all you need for preparing and serving your favorite family meals. You can also use the Sky Deck BBQ for grilling up your specialties and/or just enjoying the SUNSHINE!

Located in one of the newest condominium buildings within Desert Color, Pearl of Dixie is a fantastic 3-bedroom 2-bath vacation condo. Not only does this unit come beautifully furnished, but it also provides easy access to the community pool and 2.5 acre lagoon which are located a mere 1/2 block away. The short distance makes it easy to walk back and forth to these fantastic amenities. Load up the wagon with pool toys and kayaks, for easy transport to the lagoon. This condo combines convenience and practicality with adventure and relaxation – everything you need for a perfect vacation getaway!

Pearl of Dixie comes with an assigned parking space, so you won't have to worry about finding parking close to the building. The building’s elevator makes accessing the unit and/or Sky Deck even easier!

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Rooftop yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies—where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or lagoon—are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Sky Decks on top of the Promenade, Surf, and Sand Buildings on the SW side of the Lagoon. Enjoy the rooftop hot tub, lounge chairs, and community views from 10:00am to 10:00pm. Please note, the Sand Building does not have a rooftop hot tub, but you are welcome to enjoy the hot tubs on top of the Surf or Promenade Buildings.

We would like to advise you that during this time, the Desert Color Community is experiencing ongoing construction in close proximity to your vacation rental. While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests to only use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity.
