Extensive lawns, decorated with flowers and trees surround the villa. The equipment inside is of good standard. The first floor is suitable for the disabled. The swimming pool, which is heated and suitable for the disabled, is covered. The surroundings are attractive and rural. 4 km away is the lake Bosmélác, where you can do water sports. Around the lake and in the nearby forest Lorge you can hike well. In Staint-Brieuc, 25 km away, you can enjoy pubs and restaurants in the old quarter around the cathedral.
