Enjoy this garden view 1 bedroom, 2nd floor condo in the Alii Villas ocean front community. Walk down to the shoreline and watch the parasailers, spectacular sunsets, and maybe even a whale in winter. Alii Villas offers a sparkling swimming pool in the center of the community, with BBQ grills for your convenience. Less than a mile south of the main part of Kona village where you will find numerous restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and more. Make this your jumping off place for your Big Island vacation where you will find nearly endless adventure and sightseeing opportunities from a green sand beach, to an active volcano, quaint and historic villages and deep sea fishing charters. Ziplines, horseback riding, surfing, coffee farm tours..........well, you get the picture! There is no A/C in this unit. Enjoy the beautiful ocean breezes.

Comfortable one month stay

My husband and I had a very nice stay at this condo for a month in February. The complex is generally quiet but that can depend on your neighbors since voices carry easily on the lanai. Excellent pool and rarely crowded. The furniture was very comfortable, especially the bed. It’s a nice spot to watch the sunset with your neighbors. The condo cooled efficiently with the ceiling fans and standing fans. We enjoyed walking to town for dinner and would take the Trolley or Uber home since it is a little far to walk on Alii at night. The kitchen had everything we needed and we used the community grills for fresh Ahi dinner at home. Good communication with Abby from the management company. We would stay here again.

We have visited Kona many times, and we have been very active in various activities here including Ironman. Our family is an athletic one so this was such a good fit for us with all the running, biking, swimming and other choices here. We chose this condo because we wanted to near the ocean and near town. The stunning view sealed the deal!
