NICE OCEAN VIEWS FROM LANAI AND LIVING ROOM.. SPECIAL LOW RATES 4/15 - 9/30/26

YOU'LL LOVE THIS CONDO AND THE VIEWS FROM THE LANAI!
The kitchen is brand new with new cabinets, 5 burner gas stove, microwave and refrigerator and granite counter tops and a nice dining table. The floor plan is divided into a living room area and a sleeping area. The living room area is appointed with a new couch and coffee tables and a 55" Samsung TV. The bedroom area has a brand new Cal King memory foam bed, 2 night stands and a brand new dresser. the bathroom was updated a couple of years ago with a tub/shower and a nice vanity with a single sink. The windows and sliding doors are brand new with dual pane glass. The screened lanai has wonderful partial ocean views. The unit has an assigned parking space.

Kona Shores is a low rise complex with only 2 floors in each building. This unit is on the second level and there isn't an elevator.
There are very few ocean view units in the complex and when this unit became available we had to buy it. The pool is right beside the ocean and the views are awesome. Town is an easy 20 minute walk on Oceanside Alii Drive. Honl's Beach is an easy 1/2 mile walk and the famous Magic Sands Beach is 2 miles from the complex.

We put quality improvements in to our units and we pride ourselves in providing our guests with affordable top notch accommodations. YOU WILLLOVE IT!

Worked with Doug from beginning to end. Great host and responded in a timely manner. Condo was amazing with great views and enjoyed the upgraded amenities. Perfect location with parking. Pay attenion to the curfew hours as there are permanent residents who live there.

The ocean was visible from the room.accommodations were as expected.Kitchen was wonderful.We were so comfortable, we got surprised by the cleaning lady, as we forgot what day it was.She gave us an hour, and we moved to our next condo.She was very friendly.Couple things could improve.Laundry with a change machine, as not everyone has a cell phone to download the payment method.Also, we like a cigar once in awhile, and there was no mention of a designated smoking area.

Perfect Location

This lovely condo is the perfect home base for exploring the Kona side of the Big Island. From the Kahuku gate of Volcanoes National Park and Papakolea to the South, and Pu’ukohola Heiau and Lapakahi State Park to the North, this is a great location. Very clean space, well equipped kitchen, and beautiful views. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Hawai’i.

The condo is amazing and this was our second time staying here. This condo has everything to make your trip go smoothly. For the beach - beach chairs, umbrella, body boards, snorkel items, cooler and even beach towels. It all saves you time so you can do more relaxing. The pool is ocean front for a great view while swimming and also fantastic to watch the sunset. You have your own parking spot. Also A/C in the condo. This condo has it all and is totally worth booking this place. You will love it and can see the ocean from your patio. We will def be back for another visit. Thanks so much!
