Walking distance to resort ammenities including restaurants, beach, beach cabana, boat and golf cart rentals, wellness center with spa, gym, indoor pool, jacuzzi, miniature golf. Your right on the Champion 18 hole Bald Mountain golf course.

Your townhome rental comes with 2 Kayaks and dock for use during your stay. Paddle or swim in this pristine mountain lake.
The home is equipped with everything you need to make it you perfect vacation getaway.
The kitchen has granite countertops, full size appliances, dishwasher, Keurig and drip coffee makers, all the cookware and silverware needed.

Washer and dryer in unit.
The living room overlooking the golf course and the the majestic Bald Mountain cliffs has new reclining leather sofas, an electric fireplace and smart TV.
The bedrooms on the 2nd story each have a private balcony either overlooking the mountain and golf courses in the front or the lake in the back. 2 comfortable queen beds and flat screen TVs in each room.
The bathrooms have tub/shower combo
hair dryer, sample size toiletries to get you started.
This property has a Ring security camera at exterior front entrance.
We allow pets at owners discretion. There is a $100 pet fee per pet. Resort guest pass is $8.00 per day per person over 12 years old.
