Amazing!

We had a wonderful vacation here! The house is so tasteful, elegant, welcoming and comfortable! The pictures do not do the justice for this house. It’s very spacious and simply beautiful. You’ll find everything you need there. The backyard is your personal tropical oasis. You’ll find all kinds of pool and water toys in the garage plus beach chairs, umbrellas ets. Gorgeous Sanibel island beach is about 20-30 min away. Chris is highly professional and provided us with all the necessary details for our stay. We made plenty of memories in this beautiful house! I highly recommend it and would love to stay here again!

Excellent holiday rental

The house was spotlessly clean and so was the pool. Its private and quiet outside, the pool temperature was fantastic and used most days and cover placed back on every night to retain the temperature. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need, BBQ used too. The bed was very comfortable in the main bedroom and settees comfortable too, we did not use other bedrooms as only x2 of us stayed here...but there is plenty of room for 8 people. Christian left keys for us as we were a late check in and lights on in the house for our arrival which was a nice touch, we met him the following day, he was very helpful and would recommend booking with him. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, Thanks x

Perfect vacation rental

We rented this house for my soon to be husband and I,along with our wedding party,and we cannot even begin to say enough great things about it! From the time I started planning our wedding in Florida and we chose Villa Blue to stay in,Christian was so helpful and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions on the rental and area. The house was exactly as we saw it in the pictures! The layout was open and spacious,decorations were classy,house was clean and the outdoor area was just amazing. The house was perfect from having everything we needed to cook to all we needed outside to relax and have a good time. We have already highly recommended this house or any of the others related with this company,to everyone we know. It's hard planning from so far away,but this was the right choice for sure. We will be planning annual trips from now on and can't wait to be back!!!

Cape Coral Keeper!

The layout of the home is very functional, open concept with high ceilings and clean. The back of the home is private with beautiful landscaped shrubs, plants and palm trees and faces south for all day sun. The pool, spa and sitting area is the entire length of the home on beautiful pavers. There are 6 beach chairs, 2 umbrella's, plenty of sand toys and at least 8 beach towels to take to the beach. The kitchen was one of the best stocked with a variety of pots and pans, mixing bowls, utensils and lots and lots of dishes, glasses and silverware. The property manager, Chris, understands what it means to provide top-notch customer service! We had two minor problems and he had people there within two hours to fix them, one time after regular working hours. We have already booked for 2018 & 2019!

Traumurlaub ohne Einschränkungen

Wir haben mit unseren zwei Kindern einen traumhaften Urlaub in diesem super Haus verbracht. Das war einfach Luxus pur. Die Kids wollten eigentlich gar nicht mehr ausziehen. Von hier aus konnten wir all unsere Ausflüge super organisieren, da Cape Coral sehr Zentral liegt in Florida. Vielen Dank auch nochmal an Chris, den Hausverwalter für seine zahlreichen Tipps. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal ;-))

Ankommen und Wohlfühlen

Der erste Eindruck nach der Ankunft, super! Von außen zeigte sich die Villa in einen sehr gepflegten Zustand, mit einem schön angelegten Gartenbereich. Im Innenbereich ist sie, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat alle Annehmlichkeiten die man sich als Gast wünscht, es fehlt nichts. Ein Highlight war auch der Poolbereich mit Gasgrill, den wir öfters genutzt haben. Die Gästebetreuung vor Ort war ausgezeichnet, vielen Dank an Christian, der uns alles erklärte und uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Zu erwähnen sind noch die vielen nützlichen Tipps der Eigentümer, die in einer Mappe im Haus bereitliegen. Die Villa Blue Horizon hat unsere Erwartungen voll und ganz erfüllt, wir kommen wieder.

Wunderschönes und modernes Ferienhaus

Wir waren im November mit unseren Kindern (2 Jahre und 7 Monate alt) in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus! Es war genauso, wie es auf den Bildern aussieht. Vom Hausverwalter wurde uns ein Babybett und ein Hochstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt - vielen Dank noch einmal dafür, Christian! Generell fühlten wir uns sehr gut betreut durch Christian, der uns auch zahlreiche Tipps gegeben hat. Besonders hat uns an dem Haus die moderne Austattung und der große Poolbereich mit viel Liegefläche und Platz zum Spielen für die Kinder gefallen! Da es sich hierbei um einen Südpool handelte, hielten sich die Nebenkosten (Strom) im Rahmen, so dass wir mit dem inkludierten Strom auskamen. Die Lage des Ferienhause ist gut! Man erreicht Fort Myers Beach in ca. 30 Minuten Fahrtzeit und auch Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Sehr schöne Villa in Cape Coral

Hallo - Wir ( Familie 2EW / 1Kind) haben uns den Luxus dieser riesigen Villa gegönnt und können nur sagen: Es war jeden Dollar wert. Lage ist ideal für ruhige & entspannte Urlaubstage. Die ges. Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die bekannten Ausflugsziele sind mit dem Auto bequem zu erreichen. Besonders möchte ich die wirklich sehr nette und ausführliche Betreuung von C. Gröpel erwähnen der uns wirklich alles gesagt hat was richtig und wichtig ist. Sämtliche Tip's waren zu 100 verlässlich und können blind weiter empfohlen werden. Alles in allem: HAUS & HAUSVERMITTLER: 100 Punkte . DANKE

Dies war unser Traumurlaub

Es sollte unser Traumurlaub werden und es ist auch unser Traumurlaub gewesen. Das Haus war genau wie im Internet beschrieben. Die Ausstattung sehr gut. Auch war das Haus sehr gepflegt und in einem sehr gutem Zustand. Die Übergabe durch den sehr freundlichen Hausverwalter passt zum Positiven Gesamtbild. Dieses Haus würde ich weiterempfehlen und unser Ziel ist es einen weiteren Urlaub hier zu verbringen. Danke für alles.

Traumhaft!!!

Wir haben in dieser wunderschönen Villa 4 Nächte unseres Florida-Trips verbracht und waren überwältigt. Die Villa war eines der Highlights des ganzen Urlaubs. Für unsere zwei Familien (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) haben wir Unmengen an Platz vorgefunden. Die 4 Schlafzimmer sind groß bis sehr groß. Zwei wunderschöne und sehr saubere Bäder, riesiges Wohnzimmer mit kompletter Entertainment Ausstattung (Flat-TV, Surround-Anlage, XBox mit Kinect, etc.), Esszimmer mit 8 Sitzplätzen und eine wunderschöne Küche. Alles im perfekten Zustand, sehr sauber und hochwertig. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Auf der Terrasse befindet sich nochmals ein großer Tisch für 8 Personen, den wir eigentlich zum Essen genutzt haben. Ob Frühstück oder Abendessen - auf der Terrasse war es jedes Mal ein Highlight. Ebenfalls der Pool und die restliche Ausstattung (4 Liegen, Badespielzeug für Kinder, Whirlpool beheizt, etc.). Man wollte eigentlich gar nicht aus dem Haus raus, obwohl Cape Coral und Umgebung einige Sehenswürdigkeiten bietet. Besonders die Kinder waren vom Pool begeistert. Waren dauerhaft im Wasser. Zur Hausausstattung gehören so selbstverständliche Sachen wie Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Aber auch nicht so selbstverständliche Sachen wie Fahrräder, Strandliegen und Angeln. Alles im besten Zustand. Der Betreuer der Villa hat uns am ersten Morgen gleich sehr freundlich empfangen und alles notwendige auf deutsch erklärt. Danke nochmals dafür. In der Umgebung gibt es so viel zu erleben, dass ich es alles nicht einzeln aufzählen kann. Was uns besonders gefallen hat war der Ausflug nach Sanibel Island und Captiva. Auch die Dolphin-Tour in Fort Myers Beach war ein voller Erfolg. Diese Ziele sind jeweils in ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Aber auch eine AirBoat-Tour und einige gute Shopping-Möglichkeiten finden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mini-Golf, leckere Restaurants, und und und. Alles in Allem können wir uns nur noch mal bei dem Vermieter und seinem Betreuer herzlich bedanken. Wir sind uns sicher, dass wir die Villa noch Mal mieten werden - und zwar für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Vielleicht schon im nächsten Sommer... ;-)

Top-Model-Villa

Wir waren im Juli mit vier Personen (Mütter und Teenies) in der Villa Blue Horizont. Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen und die Aufteilung der Schlafräume war bereits so großzügig, dass unsere Mädels ein gemeinsames Zimmer belegten und ein weiteres unbenutzt blieb. Bei vier Personen kam es auch in der sehr modernen Küche und dem Wohn-Esszimmer nie zu Engpässen. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sofort von Chris betreut, zudem wurden die technischen Geräte bestens  erklärt, so dass keine weiteren Anfragen während unseres Aufenthaltes erforderlich waren. Da wir ein  Fahrzeug angemietet hatten, waren wir größtenteils unterwegs (Miami,  Sanibel Beach, Fort Myers, ... und den berüchtigten Shoppingmalls). Am Abend wurde unser Pool und der angrenzende Freisitz optimal zum Abkühlen, Essen und Relaxen genutzt. Einfach nur schön und erholsam, um den folgenden Tag ausgeruht zu beginnen und ein Frühstück im Freien zu genießen. Zum "Cruisen" nutzten wir ebenfalls die zur Verfügung stehenden Fahrräder. Wir haben uns prächtig erholt und können die Villa nur weiter empfehlen. Ausflusgziele wurden auch in einem beiliegenden  Ordner, welcher in der Villa liegt, aufgelistet und beschrieben, so dass auch hier hilfreiche Zusatzinformationen als Anregung genutzt werden konnten. This house has the WOW Factor!

We searched and searched for the right property for our family and we were not disappointed! This house was amazing! It was immaculate and well maintained with all the facilities that you could wish for. The house is exactly as described and presented in the photographs. The indoor space was very well furnished and modern. Our children had great fun in the pool and there were lots of pool toys available in the garage for them to use. The outdoor furniture was of good quality and there was more than enough sunbeds and chairs. A special mention must go to the agent Chris, he was amazing! Very approachable, helpful and came to our assistance on a few occasions - thank you Chris! We would definitely highly recommend this property to anyone! Thank you for making our 'American Adventure' such an enjoyable experience.

Rundum-sorglos-Urlaub

Wir haben in der Villa einen Drei-Generationen-Urlaub verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Schlafzimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das helle Wohnzimmer mit der riesigen Couch sehr gemütlich, und die Küche bietet alles, was man braucht - und das in ausreichender Stückzahl, dass nicht ständig die Spülmaschine laufen muss. Technisch lässt das Haus keine Wünsche offen. Die Klimaanlage ist leise und sehr effektiv, wir haben aber lieber alle Fenster offengelassen. Die Gegend ist ruhig, die Anbindung aber sehr gut. An die Strände braucht man im Verufsverkehr zwar ewig, aber zu den richtigen Zeiten ist man in 35 Minuten in Ft Myers Beach oder in 45 auf Sanibel. War wirklich schön!

Beautiful vacation rental

We arrived to a bright, clean very large beautiful home. We had 6 adults and three young children 4 and under and there was plenty of room for everyone throughout the house-including the tables to eat at. The pool/lanai area was enjoyed immensely by everyone-especially since the pool faced south so it got sun virtually all day. The location was reasonably close to everything we wanted to do and to grocery stores and restaurants. The house had everything we needed...even including some spices, oils and vinegars, dish and laundry soap etc, so we made sure to leave some for the next guests as that was greatly appreciated! Any issues that we did have at the house, Chris the property manager was quick to reply to and help us. We wouldn't hesitate to rent from Chris again. Beautiful home.

Zweiter Aufenthalt in Traumvilla

Wir sind bereits Wiederholungstäter in dieser traumhaften Villa. Wir hatten von Kids bis Oma diesmal alles mit:-) Es war bei der Größe und Ausstattung des Hauses alles kein Problem. Außerdem hat der Vermieter die Poolanlage außen herum noch einmal herrlich bepflanzt, so dass man hier noch mehr "privacy" hat. Außerdem sieht es einfach farbenfroh und sehr gepflegt aus. Es entsteht durch die vielen Palmen und tropischen Pflanzen ein toller Urlaubsflair:-) Wir werden wieder kommen!!!

Super Haus

Ich kann mich den Bewertungen nur anschliessen. Wir durften in diesem tollen Haus in guter Lage einen wundervollen Monat verbringen. Perfekter Urlaub in Traumhaus in Cape Coral

Unser Urlaub im Ferienhaus in Cape Coral, Florida ... war perfekt! Meine Frau und ich haben die Villa über das Internet gebucht. Es war unser erster Urlaub in Cape Coral. Wir finden das Ferienhaus hervorragend geeignet um Ausflüge in die Everglades, Fort Myers, Sanibel/Captiva Island und Miami zu unternehmen. Supermärkte sind ausreichend in der näheren Umgebung vorhanden. Die Villa ist sehr gepflegt und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Betreuung vor Ort und die Kommunikation in Deutschland war immer sehr angenehm. Das Haus hat einen großen Pool, mit Whirlpool ist klimatisiert und äußerst geräumig. Wir haben uns jederzeit sehr wohl gefühlt und einen traumhaften Urlaub verbracht, zu dem unser Ferienhaus wesentlich beigetragen hat. Unser Tipp für Abends: Grillen auf der Terrasse :-) Sehr empfehlenswert!

5 Sterne für die Villa Blue Horizon

Dieses Haus können wir nur weiterempfehlen. Die Villa sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. Super Lage, neue moderne Einrichtung, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, alles klasse ! Die Betreuung vor Ort von Christian war hervorragend. Wir hatten eine super Zeit in der Villa (leider viel zu kurz) und kommen bestimmt bald wieder!!!
