1 stay SEA VIEW overlooking a large terrace, with TV, sofas including 1 convertible (sleeping 2 people in 150cm) -
1 kitchenette equipped with electric hob 2 fires, combined oven and microwave, small fridge freezer -
1 bathroom with bath, sink and toilet -
1 double bedroom for 2 people with duvet, sea view and overlooking the living room
Electric heating. 2 private parking spaces. Common room for bicycles. Good condition (maintenance and painting).
Rent every two weeks the first 3 weeks of August (other period: week).
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, energy consumption, deposit by bank card fingerprint and possibly optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...).
